This is about the co-owner. As I was in my car waiting I noticed a lady and her dog nearby. The dog proceeded to poop in several areas. When the dog finished the dogs owner didn’t even bother to pick up after their dog. They both left the area and entered into the restaurant. I find it so disgusting that people can’t do something as simple as picking up after their dog. If she can’t do something this simple, I don’t wanna know what the hygiene practices are like for the restaurant. So disgusting.

The food is great tastes amazing! I'm truly amazed at how catering and caring the owner and staff are. I love this place and come here all the time for good burger fries hotdogs and and chicken tenders and of course the Dover Dairy maid is right never door the ice cream is fantastic the service is great. The ambiance is definitely good old fashioned American food is family friendly you can eat out side they just opened today for the start of the season. So excited to go back again.

I Live right next to it and is my favorite spot in my hometown and the Philly cheese steak in Dover Grill is the best sandwich I ever have and the fries I Love it the drink's are good and the works out of this world Care and Fun. I LOVE DOVER GRILL ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It wasn’t that great. Was a huge disappointment because of the almost 5 star rating. It reminded me of White Castle. Not good. All of the soda varieties were all out all that was available was Pepsi. There is no bathroom to wash your hands…. And if there was it well hidden. The food was greasy and mediocre.

A group of volunteers go there on Tuesday after spending time at a local food pantry. The crunch burger, hot dogs, onion rings are favorites and fabulous. In warmer weather, we top it off with homemade ice cream. They are closing Nov 23 and we will miss our weekly yumminess! See you in March!

Latest visit was to Dover Grill which based on its name is in fact located in Dover on Route 46. Can honestly say I've passed this spot countless number of times and have never bothered stopping in until recently. With a good choice of dogs to order from, picking was not easy but ended up ordering a chili dog with onions and a hot onion dog with a small side of fries. Came in after the typical lunch rush and was able to grab a stool inside. While some reviewers may say the place is dated, I will say the place is nostalgic and made for a great lunch atmosphere. The Hot dogs were tasty and the krinkle cut fries were served hot. Bummed that I've passed by so many times and never bothered stopping in. Will definitely add them to the rotation. Was prompted to stop in prior to them closing for the season. The good news is they are open for another month and close up on November 23 and will reopen in March 2024.. Take a peak at the menu, pretty sure it will accommodate most of your cravings...
