We have ordered delivery from this location a bunch of times and never had an issue. The food is always good and orders arrive on time. Love their coleslaw--always fresh and crunchy. They advertise on their website that they have a catering menu out of this location--I was having a birthday party and decided to place an order for 2 catering orders of their coleslaw (each is said to serve 8-10 people). Their website states that they need at least 12 hours advance notice for coleslaw catering orders. No problem, I placed the order 24 hours in advance through their website for pick up. I received a confirmation email stating the order went through and payment was accepted. When I arrived at the store to pick up my catering order, I was met with immediate hostility from the young man working the front desk--"we don't have your order". He didn't even ask for my order number, name, what the order was for before just jumping to--we don't have it.He then went and got his manager--who told me the same thing. "We don't have your order, let me see what I can do". Okay, no problem--maybe the kitchen has it. I told them I had my email confirmation on my phone with order number and details if they wanted to see it and look it up, he told me no and went to "see what he could do" in the kitchen. When he came back out about 10-15 minutes later he handed me a bag of 4 side order containers of coleslaw that come with an entree. Being that I have ordered from here before--I know that 1 of those comes with an entree as a side...for 1 person. When I stated this, his response was "well I can maybe get you one or two more but I don't know what you want me to do". So, not only was he making this out to be like it was a mistake that the customer had made but, was also extremely unwilling to try and actually make it right. They wanted me to pay $28 for 4 sides of coleslaw that would feed 4 people when I ordered 2 catering orders that were supposed to feed 8-10 people each for that price.I have never been treated so poorly as a customer at an establishment, where I can't actually say I did anything wrong. The manager finally asked to see my confirmation email--which stated I was at the correct location and I did in fact place an order for catering. He then repeated "I'm not sure what you want me to do to make this right". At this point I was so baffled and never treated so poorly for a mistake that a restaurant had made rather than myself that I just told him to cancel my order and walked out. Once in the car, I called my husband and told him what happened and how frustrated I was--so he then called the restaurant to see what had happened. He was met with the same hostility over the phone that I was and the manager now lied to him and told him that he tried to make it right with me but I just told him to cancel the order. Sir--Offering me one or two more sides was not going to make anything right--and I certainly was not paying $28 for 5/6 sides of coleslaw when I ordered enough to feed 16-20 people. He then asked if he could call back after he looked into the matter--which he should have started with. He called my husband back and asked for a screenshot of the order--first time he actually took a good look at it. He was then able to find the order by order number in their system and cancel the order so we weren't charged for it. WOW THANK YOU SO MUCH.I am well aware that mistakes happen, orders can get lost or forgotten--but there is a way to speak to a customer when you're in the customer service industry as a manager and this was not it. We will not be coming back and if you think they offer catering--no they don't and you'll be made to feel crazy.

We ordered Arooga's Trashcans, and we noticed that the Red Bull used in the drink expired a few months ago. We brought it to Manager Todd's attention and he was rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. He stated that he has severe gastrointestinal issues and that no one is worse than him. Expired drinks or alcohol won't affect anyone. He acknowledged that the Trashcan has very little alcohol and that Margherita's have more alcohol and are better. Overall, the management sucks. Our Server Danny was awesome! He should manage the place! Super nice, deescalated the manager, knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, and overall just great.

I’ve been here a few times. My first few experiences were fine, but last one wasn’t very good. I asked for wings with ranch and got blue cheese, which I understand is a common mistake. However, I asked for ranch 3 times and never got it. Didn’t even eat the wings because I was waiting for the ranch the whole time. Our waitress never checked on us. The only times she came was to take our order, bring us our food, and bring us our check. Also I ordered two vodka Red Bulls, they came in tiny glasses, just a size up from a shot glass and they charge me $14 each for them. I’ve been to high end bars that charge much less for a drink even bigger than that, the restaurant was empty and all of the servers were standing around talking instead of helping us. I hate leaving bad reviews but I had to after this experience.

I'm not really into the whole sporty screen. Seating was uncomfortable. They sat us in a booth and my feed where dangling and the seat was torn. The food was okay and It's bit on the expensive side for what you get.

This place is great for sports events with all the televisions you are never at a loss for game time. Depending on what you order food wise can be good or terrible. Game night (if the restaurant is full), the wings are good. Otherwise, they are so dry and crunchy its gross. Chicken tenders are perfect, or they're so overcooked that they are hard as a rock. Service is on point or non-existent, sadly. Bar selection is incredible, and there are so many options to choose from.

Come here a lot for apps, drinks and sports! Nice variety of drinks, esp love their buckets. Friendly bartenders. Always order their apps (wings, nachos, mozzarella sticks, etc) because you can't go wrong. They need to add more variety on their dessert list though - pretty limited.
