Quality of the ingredients feel like they’ve been sitting in my fridge for a few days. $15 for a completely veggie salad is also outrageous (no cheese or meat), esp in east brunswick. Green goddess dressing is extremely creamy and no flavor. Save your money and go to Chopt, that’s way better

This place is ridiculous. I door dashed a salad and they charged me $15 for a salad worth $1.00. The beet salad. You can pick similar ingredients up at ShopRite and add beets on this thang and save $13. CHOPT is far superior to this joke of a restaurant. I get it let’s charge what you want but the salad is small… never

I placed an order for a salad through Grubhub. Not only was the delivery service not good, but the food was terrible. I called the store after I placed the order to ask them to chop it extra and I also ordered a smoothie. When I received the order the salad wasn’t chopped at all and I received no smoothie (that I payed for). There was barely any chicken in it, and it was mostly full of croutons. I asked for extra tomatoes. There was 3 tomatoes in my salad. When anything is ordered through Grubhub the workers should let the delivery driver know that there’s a smoothie with the order. I used to love art of salad, but as years have gone on, I’ve become very disappointed each time.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! I ordered the Harvest Salad today, and it was nothing like a salad! It was more like a bowl of overly chopped soggy and wilted lettuce mixed with a generous amount of toppings. You couldn’t even eat it with a fork! It was so soupy like you needed a spoon to eat it! They give you cheap forks that can’t even pickup anything in the salad bowl! I wouldn’t call this a salad at all! The chicken in the so called salad tasted like it been sitting around all day! The salads don’t even come with a small piece of bread, and they don’t even sell any bread for additional charge! The reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they give you a generous amount of toppings for the price. I Don’t recommend coming here!

Ordered a chopped salad with chicken and balsamic dressing. Salad wasn't chopped, got no chicken, got no dressing. Since I wasn't at home, had to drive to grocery store and buy a bottle of dressing. AND for my inconvenience I got to pay $16 for a tub of lettuce . I'd recommend going elsewhere as this place is NOT good.

First time visiting for myself and my friend. Not impressed. My soup was cold and it came right out of the warmer. My friend's grilled cheese sandwich was also cold. I'll give this place one more chance with your salads. If that's not on point not rushing to come back. ?

The food was amazing! The thing is that I ordered at 5:00 for delivery. Doordasher never picked up the food. She texts me at 7:30 asking where the restaurant is. This is unacceptable on the part of the restaurant, the driver and Chownow (the third party). I tried to get my delivery fee and tip back from the restaurant. They said we need to go through Chownow, who never pick up the phone. We called several times between 6 and 7:30 with no one picking up the phone. I went to go pick it up and while I was out my wife finally got through. It was such a hassle. Never again.

Drove 20 mins out to try this place and was truly disappointed. I was served old soggy lettuce & I couldn’t even taste the dressing. Definitely not worth $30 or the drive, I’ve had better salad, Panera bread has better salads.

I got delivery one night and then went to the store for take out a few days after. Their falafel and tzatziki sauce is fantastic. The buffalo chicken salad has delivered wasn’t actually buffalo, just plain chicken. At the store I ordered the chicken salad sandwich with cranberries and walnuts. No walnuts or cranberries on mine. They obviously have an issue with consistency. The employees there are not friendly at all. They definitely do not want to be there. I won’t be back.

ordered a smoothie on DoorDash it said that I ordered the smoothie on the receipt on the bag and they allowed the person to take the order with no smoothie in hand told me that there's nothing they can do except issue a store credit or I have to contact DoorDash. Imagine anticipating something and it doesn't arrive!!!
