Starting with the positives, the restaurant boasts a pleasant atmosphere and offers some appealing menu items. Even without a reservation, finding a table, even on busy weekends, is usually not a problem. However, the service leaves much to be desired. During a recent visit with a group of five, we experienced considerable delays in placing our order and were disappointed when our appetizers arrived without plates. Despite requesting assistance, we were left waiting, prompting me to retrieve plates from neighboring tables. Further attempts to place orders for drinks and additional food were futile due to a lack of available staff. Eventually, frustrated by the situation, we decided to leave. Even voicing our concerns at the front desk only resulted in minimal improvement, with the waitress attributing the issues to understaffing. While settling the bill, the service remained rushed and impersonal. Despite the shortcomings, I opted to leave a tip before departing. Overall, my Saturday evening experience was marred by these service shortcomings. Additionally, the presentation of the Chicken Nachos was disappointing, with an uneven distribution of toppings suggesting a lack of attention to detail in the kitchen.

Amour was absolutely amazing at Bar Louie's tonight! It was such a nice way to end a rough Monday work day teaching. She was so kind, friendly & attentive! The drinks were delicious & the food was perfect! I will absolutely be back. Thank you Amour!!!

Food is below average. Worst chicken fingers and fries I have ever had (and how do you mess that up?). The wine glasses were dirty and stained with other people's lipstick. We had to ask for new glasses for 4 people! The waitresses are nice, but even on dead nights they don't come over to the table enough. The alcoholic drinks should not even be considered alcoholic as they do not contain any alcohol. My best friend and I got a whole pitcher of sangria and felt absolutely no buzz. The next time we went back to give it another shot, we had to request they actually put alcohol in the drinks because they are simply not doing that. The place gives me dirty vibes and I will not be returning.
