Bagels are good but the experience and customer service was horrible. I ordered a iced coffee and it came out of a premade coffee jug which wasnt the problem. I took ONE SIP and simply didnt like the taste of it. So what does anyone do in this situation, return it and ask for a refund after takinf literally one sip. Well the young latino gentleman with long hair gave me an issue and said i had already made it and tasted it and that only this time he would be able to refund me but not next time because i had already made it and bc the cost of the cup must be considered LOL on top of that he said he was only going to give me only part of my refund and not the full refund LOL this guy is a clown. Any other establishment without question would give me my refund back and apologize bc the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT. The owner needs to educated this young long haired latino kid bc hes doomed in the future. That is all

Open the place earlier than 7am!!! We have a whole medical building one plaza over and we all start before 7am. We would love to go here, right next door, but we drive out of our way or have bagels delivered from someone else for the office because you guys aren’t open!

In terms of quality, it's great. I give 2 stars because ive had my order messed up on 3 seperate visits. Very simple orders like the type of cream cheese or type of bagel or topping. I wouldn't usually go on Google to say anything but with the prices being what they are there, I find it a bit ridiculous to mess up this many orders. It's a shame too because it's a very convenient place for me to go to.

charged me an arm and a leg ($12) for a bacon egg and cheese with an egg bagel, with cream cheese. I wanted a thin layer of cream cheese to moisturize the dry crusty bagel. not a gloop as thick as my head. then they charge 1.50 extra for it. and provide only 2 skinny strips of bacon. everyone knows a decent bacon and egg and cheese needs at least 4, two strips for each half of sandwich if the sandwich were to be cut in half for even distribution. overpriced and crummy. Unsatisfied.

The food is good so don't get me wrong, the stars are based on the business. On 7/16/23, they lost my wife's order when there were only 2 other people waiting. My son has allergies to egg and they were asked to provide a plain bagel in a separate bag but instead they placed it into a bag that contained bagels with egg.

Our order was fresh but not worth for the size and price. I paid $13.50 for two bagels with filling. This is 20%+ markup from late last year. Bagels are also smaller now. Maybe because of the new owners. And it was odd that they removed prices from the menu.There are a few other good bagel places nearby. I'd rather check them out instead, as this place is not the same anymore.
