I am disappointed with the fajitas . It came so spiiiiiiicy , shrimp way too small and steak is so hard that I couldn’t chew it. I don’t recommend the fajita! The nachos as appetiser loaded with cheese and beef was good though.

Went to the restaurant to pick up my take out order at the instructed time. Sat in my car for 10 minutes and decided to go inside, where everyone I encountered acted like they wanted no part of helping me with my order. Multiple people, one of whom ended up being a manager stood behind the pick up counter and acted like I was invisible. When I asked for help, the manager acted as If I had disrupted his departure. 10 minutes later he walks out hands me my bag and tells me he put a free bag of chips inside. I guess that makes it all good. I'm sorry I included a tip with this order. Shameful service!

So unskibidi. I told the service that I needed a sigma seat in the corner to mew and looksmaxx but they just laughed at me. When I told them about my mewing streak they also laughed at me. I wouldn't let some dumb betas get in my way so I walked into the restaurant. The corner seat was sadly taken by a banbalina and her banbalina Jr. But being the sigma I am I saw this as a rizz-off challenge. As the rizzler from Ohio I am i was sure to succeed. I was himothy I was born different the ocky way with no brim and an ancient artrizzfact from big chungus and Duke Dennis. I told them my most skibidi one liner and the banbalina told me to leave. I started screaming because my anxi- sigma senses were tingling. A beta had to be put in their place. That's when all the stupid sussy soyjack bakas tackled me to the ground and took me out of the restaurant. Would never go again. Place for soyjacks and betas.

We’ve been waiting for like 15 to 20 minutes. Nobody show up not even to say hello or anything so we Just walk away to the next place we definitely get better service .
Their low-calorie entrees are delicious and great anytime of the day.

It's the same experience that they've been giving for years, so points for consistency at least. Service was good, drinks are reasonable.Vegetarian options: You could customize certain items by taking out the meat, but for the same price. Burgers do have a vegan black bean patty option, but the patty itself was a bit mushy. So there are burgers, mac and cheese, and that's about it.

I had sent my burger back 3 times wasn’t cooked fully I asked for WELLL WELL DONETHEN GOT MY BURGER BACK WITH LESS FRIES THAT IT CAME BACK OUT WITH had a squished bun like insane i used to love chillis now im never coming back

Awesome food and amazing staff. The restaurant was buzzing of busy and everyone was doing their job quick and efficiently. My server Gisele was amazing and made mine and my families experience outstanding, thank you for phenomenal service. Will be coming back for the fajitas and great atmosphere!
Went here yesterday December 30th for dinner with friends and 2 kids. Food was okayish but server was incapable of understanding what we ordered. We’re non-Americans and the server wasn’t interested in explaining what the items were when asked. VEry poker face. After ordered even after having the order read back, they got 2 items wrong. 1 was a different dish from kids menu but server insisted it was the same when it wasn’t. Secondly, got 1 item twice and once rejected from our side-server came to argue. I am wondering seriously? Is that the service Chili’s is providing? I have eaten at Chili’s at different countries and this experience is only limited to this ridiculous branch. Very disappointed and completely ruined the US experience. Hope this guy is provided lessons on basic courtesy on how to deal with such situations.

Our server Tino was fantastic. We had the fajitas, they were delicious. I had the chicken.steak, & shrimp fajita & my husband had the steak & chicken.They came out sizzling on a bed of peppers & onions, side of rice & beans. And all the toppings you could want, salsa, guac, sour cream & cheese. The toppings all came out in their own little bowls.Great expeirence at the EB location

Terrible service and lousy atmosphere if you want to eat in a quiet peaceful atmosphere. This is not the establishments fault...it's my opinion that something about the patrons in this area causes my skin to crawl when in close proximity.
