This place is gross, they do not clean tables nor the floor when customers leaves, this is my third and last time I get food at this establishment, counter where food is prepared is not clean whatsoever, the residue from food being prepared it just sits there!! the sour cream had other veggies falling in and the container was not replaced with clean sour cream! they are.not friendly people! they were out of vegetables and they said oh well! I was disappointed in their answer! again they were out of forks! Their response oh well! also their Pico de Gallo didn't smell great like it was a bit old! I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE! Management doesn't do anything nor care its all about how fast they get their food out!!..This place is awful. Just read the previous reviews! The place was too gross to eat in, I won't recommend this place to anyone. 3/07/24

Poor customer service by cashier Ashley. Ringing up order for chips, qucalmole, and soda for $22.00. If I did mention it, she would have charged more for the food. In addition, it gave me change in quarters citing no dollar bills in the store. Poorly run store location.

Don't waste your money, really stingy with their food portion. Only 6 pieces of steak cubes for a bowl and when ask for more I got charged the extra portion and didn't even fill it(couple extra pieces added). Barely full bowl for almost $20. The extra portion here are half the normal portion at any other chipotle places I have been to before.

Place is beyond FILTHY all the time. As you’ll see in the pictures there’s food on the tables and floors no matter what time of day you walk in. The staff is incredibly rude and never smiles. Dirty place that needs to be investigated asap.

Wanted peppers and onions in my salad bowl none were ready. Fine. But I asked if I can have peppers and onions from the online order station only for them to tell me it’s for online only!! Not happy !!! The 2 bags of chips we got were stale. Not acceptable when you’re paying a lot of money for food. And it’s not like they were slammed busy with a line down the side. A very bad experience here

Twice in a row there’s meat in a veggie bowl. They keep all ingredients so close and don’t pay attention if meat pieces fall into rice or beans. The servers don’t care and just do eye rolling if we customize anything!
Chipotle app is full of bugs. The food is not on time . The prepared food is not on the shelf. The servers do not check the bags and I had to wait extra 10 min because the nice guy could not read my name on the order. They forgot to add the drink. I hate this

I ordered a chipotle burrito from this location with chicken, extra brown rice, extra cheese, pinto beans, and pico de gallo. I also got chips on the side. Not only did I not get any chips that I ordered, my burrito did not have all the ingredients at all! I open my burrito to find out it only has chicken and beans, NOTHING ELSE! $22 dollars down the drain
