The food here is always fresh and it's delicious. Their prices are reasonable. The amount of food you get in the burrito bowl is definitely enough for two servings. I will definitely be making a return visit!!!

Worst customer service. Charges for guacamole for half a teaspoon it. When asked the woman on counter she is so rude and replying I will not charge you. At the end she charged me for it too. Understand this review not going to impact them but atleast I let frustration out.

Moe’s is very under-rated but it’s way better than other similar concept restaurants. The variety of toppings you get here is great and it’s always fresh. More protein selections too.
Absolute worst Moe’s I’ve ever visited. Nasty employees, terrible attitudes including the owner. It’s a shame someone spent money to purchase this Franchise.

This place is solid! Lilly the manager was awesome and did a fabulous job making sure our experience was great!!
Ordered my food online at 5:45,says it'll be ready at 6. Stood there from 6 to 6:30. Watched as they helped every person (about 15) that walked in the door. AFTER I GOT THERE. before they finally got to my order. One thing was cold,because it was sitting there on the counter for a good 15 minutes. Wasn't worth the extra aggravation to go back. Ridiculous

Moe's is pretty good but they were cheap on the chips as of late! Expect more for $26+ for two quesadillas (chicken, cheese, corn pico...nothing else). Glad that I didn't get the $6 cup of queso ...there's practically nothing to dip in it.

I don't usually get Moe's Southwest Grill -- I'm a loyal Qdoba and Chipotle fan but I received a promotion for a burrito or burrito bowl so I figured that I'd give this place a try. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. It is a similar fast casual dining where food in prepared in front of you. I would have liked the ingredients to be labeled so it would be clear what I'm ordering. Guac was extra. Since I downloaded the app and signed up as a rewards member, I got a coupon for a free cup of queso. When I checked out, the cashier told me that I couldn't have both promotions on my order. If I knew that ahead of time, I would not have ordered the queso. oh well. The burrito was tasty but salty. The chips were bland and also salty but the queso was good. Overall, it was an average restaurant experience.
