I am profoundly disappointed by the abysmal service encountered during my visit. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance from a staff member with fair skin, a bun, and glasses, I was blatantly ignored as she pushed a cart past me. The lack of basic courtesy and attention to customer needs is utterly unacceptable. It is evident that the employees here are utterly incompetent and indifferent to customer satisfaction. This experience has left me with no desire to ever return to this establishment.

It was my first time going to this place but I had a great
I love panera but it is expensive so i rarely get it. They are cutting down even more on their sizes. Just ordered a $10 mac and cheese that literally has 1 scoop of food. This is 10000% not worth the money and sadly think this will be the last time I ever order

Today me and my friend went to this restaurant, it was a good experience, place is clean, we had our breakfast here, I like the food, but what we Oder did not come something els we got, but we both were like it, anyway it’s our first time here, we will try it again, thank you guys keep it

I really wanted to like this location but my steak & cheese sandwich had RAW/undercooked meat. The meat was very light brown, not the typical dark brown you would see in cooked steak. I was kind of disgusted honestly. Also, my mac and cheese was watery and lacked flavor. I paid $15 for food that lacked quality and portions were so teeny tiny. I wish I could have asked for a refund upon seeing how sad my food looked.

Panera has really gone downhill in the last few years. The portions are getting outrageously smaller, and the sandwiches are ridiculously thin. The baked goods are still pretty good... love the scones and cookies, in particular, but the prices! The prices are so high for one cookie. I still occasionally frequent this location bc it's so convenient, but it's definitely sad now. Service is almost non-existent, and there's no real atmosphere to speak of. At least it's mostly clean, usually.
