I have been to Popeyes years ago and remember the chicken being very tasty. I went today and was very disappointed. For one I couldn't understand the gentleman taking my order and most of all the chicken although moist, had no taste. The classic breading was horrible. Needless to say I won't be going back. Very disappointed ?

I usually live Popeyes and was excited when the new one on 18S opened. The classic chicken sandwich is USUALLY moist and tender but more importantly a nice piece of chicken! This is more like a chicken tender, it didn’t even fill the bun!! I’ll stick to the Morganville location. Very disappointed.

I made my purchase with a coupon and thank goodness I had the coupon because the prices at Popeyes have increased so much that it's not even worth getting the food. I went home and made my own fried chicken...it was delicious. I made 13 pieces for less than $10. At Popeyes a 2 piece meal will run you $12.plus. It's an abuse.

The food is average. Everything else is awful. And the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I mean $66 to feed two adults and two children? So I did some research and it turns out every other Popeyes around has lower prices by on avg $2 per meal. $8.79 for 6 biscuits? $15.99 for a 5 piece tender meal? It's just gone too far. Avoid this location.
First and last time going to any Popeyes. If this place is any indication of how their franchises are run, no one should be going to another Popeyes. Ordered a chicken sandwich (sandwich only) and a chicken sandwich combo with fries and a drink and the total was $24. The chicken sandwich wasn’t even a sandwich, it was two small chicken tenders side by side. This was a way for this location to save money as there is less chicken in two chicken tenders compared to a full piece of chicken that is supposed to be on a sandwich. We ordered medium friends and were given small fries. At $24, this is nowhere comparable to competitors that offer similar products. I wish I would had taken pictures of what we got but we forgot. This place should be ashamed of screwing customers over and either fix these issues or just shut down.

On March 30 2020, I ordered a three piece white meal on popeyes app.They sent me dark meat.When I called the man tells me the ticket only states 3 pieces and no white meat. Popeyes needs to fix their app so people get the correct food.I called and I took an uber to this popeyes. The store fixed my chicken issue. He also showed me how the receipt just said 3 piece chicken.Another time I ordered, there was a kids meal offer. For some reason, I didn't get the kids meal. I did get an email response from popeyes for this mix up.Both orders were delivery.Blessings to all.Parking: It's been awhile since I went there. I recall the parking lot not very big.When I went, I don't recall waiting to park.In this location there's burger King and popeyes.

When I got in a man that was working there took my order, then I had to tell my order again to somebody completely different. I asked if I could change out the biscuit for coleslaw (the biscuit is a dollar and the coleslaw is a $1.79) he told me that was impossible to do... Never coming back
