Food was terrible, server was great.Went there today for a lobster. It was dry, with no flavor and not even an hour after I am having Serious stomach pains and my date and I both don’t feel well/need the bathroom.Lucy was a good server but she’s wasted on the fact that the food will make us never come back. $70 for one meal to spend my day off feeling sick as hell. I’m upset.

There were issues with my order (food not arriving) at least the last three times I ordered delivery from the East Brunswick location. The most recent order (6/22) included the Kung Pao Shrimp meal but the restaurant forgot to place the shrimp in the container with the noodles. So, I received a container of noodles and vegetables only. How does that happen when they do not have a vegetarian option on the menu? Anyway, I spoke with a manager who apologized and immediately offered to issue a credit, which was appreciated. But, there were food items missing from the prior two orders as well. When I initially contacted the restaurant about a missed meal from a prior order, an employee stated that I needed to contact the delivery service (Door Dash) to get a refund and was unable to explain how that made any sense when I paid the restaurant for the meal and NOT the delivery service…Eventually I spoke to a sensible person/manager who did the right thing and offered to issue a credit. Although the restaurant has offered credits each time, the fact that this pattern of food missing from delivery orders indicates a management issue. It doesn’t seem like they have anyone (or anyone thoroughly) checking the delivery orders BEFORE they are released to the delivery service. And ultimately, it’s a poor reflection on this location overall.

They’ve done a great job of introducing new dishes like the salmon options while still having those classics.Service was great as well this day, I believe Mike was our server and did an amazing job! Def raised the bar!

Eatontown location. Got tea with no tea bag, waitress got upset when asked for teabag and spoon. Orders for 4 people were all wrong. Could not find waitress until time to pay. Screwed up the drink order. Dirty silverware. It was definitely one of my top 5 worst experiences (I'm 72 years old) ever. I don't recall if I ever sent a written complaint but I did for this. Almost forgot, when we finally got our correct dinners, they weren't too bad. Chef did the best he could with the chaos going on around him/her.

I ordered 2 shrimp linguine Alfredo, my total was 37.30Both pasta needed more Alfaro it was so dry. One of the pasta had a red hair in it. My hair is brown. I have ate at this restaurant plenty of time and never had a experience like this. I tried to call the store the night it happened, phones are busy and then they closed. I tried calling the next mod and was on hold for an hour and still no one answered. I called to see if I pretend to place an order then I can speak to the manger but they put me on hold and still nobody. One of the worst experience I had.

Ordered to go and the experience was just fine but the food was terrible. Everything was over salted, the lobster bisque was so salty I couldn't even finish it and the only not salty item was the bread which was tasteless. I don't remember the bread ever being an issue. We ordered on a Tuesday so maybe on a weekend the food quality would be better but we don't plan on returning anytime soon. The tartar sauce I will say was actually very tasty.
