Very deceptive margarita drink special. There’s a sign when you walk in for 4.99 margaritas. I ordered one and it was 14 bucks. Apparently you have to order a specific one to get the 499 special But the server never said anything about it The sign upfront is totally misleading. I’ll never go back to this location. Very small portions, and very high prices.

I can't say enough about how this place has severely ruined Saturday night dinners for me. It seems like no matter what specifications I put in with my to-go that are basic (no special sauce, no tomato, etc.) They always seem to mess it up and put it anyway. This latest mess-up was me requesting no Chipotle aioli on my bleu cheese burger (those tastes are a weird combo to me and I suffer from a heartburn issue). And surprise surprise, guess what burger had the aioli on it anyway? And I know you're thinking, "just scrape it off". And I did, as I had no dinner to eat at this point, but the BLEU CHEESE WENT WITH IT. As did the tomato (I said no tomato!), and lettuce. So now my Bleu cheese burger was just meat and a bun. I paid $16 for this??I don't know who needs to be formally complained to, but this Red Robin is an embarrassment to the name. I will not be ordering from here or eating here in the future and wouldn't recommend it to others either unless you like wasting your money on food you didn't want.

Descent meat cut and flavor- just wish they didn’t charge an arm and leg for all of my toppings….
Very slow service because they had 2 wait staff working the entire area. Burger was dry as dust and not worth a penny... not going to eat here again. They have gone way down hill.

I'll admit I was very surprised...the food (quality/taste) was much better than I was expecting. We stopped here on the way to somewhere else, just to "grab a bite".I had a Royal Red Robin Burger - Sunnyside up egg, hardwood-smoked bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo with a side of onion rings...damn it tasty, juicy and I at the entire thing and felt satiated.As for the service....that was more along the lines of what I was expecting - waitress dropped a drink on the table and handed me one single napkin so I could clean it up, we asked for the apps and food to come out together...they didn't. All things that are no surprise in the post-covid, good-service work seems hard to find world.

Great place for taking young children, they can make a mess and it blends in with the decor. Poor quality food, but mac and cheese, greasy corn dogs, and big sundaes are the general fare.Kid-friendliness: Debris field under the seats are ok.

My daughter loves their wings, flat pieces, and bottomless fries.Vegetarian options: They have more than one choiceParking: It's the mall, so first come basis, but there's 2 other restaurants in the area, so weekends are a bit busy. One might have to walk a bit from the parking to the restaurant, but it's not a bad walk.Kid-friendliness: They are very kids friendly. They offer games on the tablet on the table, but you will pay for entertainment. They don't tell you that... but it's less than $5.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking are right upfront, and it's lots of them. The sidewalk is wheel chair accessible
