Very sad about my experience here today. The staff needs better supervision and disciplinary actions from District/Regional level. Definitely boycotting this location from now on, so will my family and friends. I was there 12/29/23 around 12:30pm and ordered a sandwich and a small drink. After paying at the counter, I went to the drink fountain to fill my cup, however, the option I usually go for was broken/out. So I asked about it and she said I should go look in fridge because there’s ice tea there. After looking at the bottle, I informed her I unfortunately can’t drink that due to high caffeine since I’m 6 months pregnant. Since they didn’t have the options I have have because it was out of service, I kindly asked for a refund. The manager (older Indian woman), who refused to give me her name, ripped the receipt out of my hand while raising her voice at me saying I’m not welcomed there anymore because I’ve caused too much problems for her. She said I will never be served here again. I was so shocked at her rude behavior, I even asked her why she said that; I have been very nice and respectful to her so I didn’t understand her attitude towards me. I told her that her behavior is very ugly and I’ll pray for her mental wellbeing. I walked out of the subway and started talking to a Walmart manager, who was nearby, and I told him the story. The Walmart manager said that there have been multiple complaints about the specific woman but there’s nothing they can do there, because Subway is a separate business, even though it’s inside there supermarket.I feel bad for this woman, because for someone to act this way, they must really be mentally unstable, or have a very unhappy life in order to act this way with an innocent customer.

This place was absolutely terrible . Customer service was a ZERO, they’re rude and assume you’re gonna steal from them before you can even make your way up to the counter. The two women working there this after noon (between 2-3 PM) did a great job at showing how much they really did not enjoy being around customers. H O R R I B L EUpdate: I got sick shortly after eating from here… violently sick. Seeing past reviews I now know that food poisoning is a common thing here. T E R R I B L E

Added sauce that I did not want on my sandwich when I said I only wanted mayonnaise. Then was giving rude faces when I called them out. Should have just walked away right then and there or had them remake my sandwich. How do you mess up that when you are told specifically only mayonnaise.

Beware!!!! Food poisoning!!! Rude workers!We orders three subs from this location. 1 had only turkey and bread the other three had turkey several toppings and Mayo. Within an hour of eating your sandwiches all of the people who had mayo on their sub were having sharp stomach pain, instant diarrhea & one was throwing up. We all had food poisoning. This location needs to be investigated by the health department. The inside looks like they’re either unpacking or packing up to leave. The chairs are all on the tables, no where to sit, it’s not inviting at all. The employees are not friendly & the food is making people sick. Never again
