Had the nicest server today. Food is always great. I was sad when chilis discontinued the Buffalo chicken salad. I realized for you get the Sante fe salad, ask for tenders not grilled, and a side of buffalo sauce, it's pretty much the same thingSo my pregnant self is happy

I will be honest, I wasn't thrilled when my wife and son said they wanted to order from Chilis earlier tonight but we had gift cards and I was hungry. Boy was I surprised. I ordered the Texas Cheese Fries and the Ultimate Cajun Pasta.We did curbside pickup so I wasn't expecting the french fries to be crisp but I was pleasant surprised. Yeah, there was some sog to the fries as can be expected with fries being ordered for takeout but the flavor was enough to make you forget that little sog. There were some fries that were still crispy which was a great surprise. I wish I had this in house because it would have been a great experience instead of a very good one but I can't knock them since I knew fries and carry out don't go well together but I would order this again in a heartbeat.On to my Ultimate Cajun Pasta. I have had iterations of this dish in house before. There was a lot of chicken and a lot of shrimp. You won't feel cheated with the protein in this dish. There was a good amount of cajun spice throughout.My wife ordered a chipotle bowl and was happy and finished it all. My son ordered the cheese quesadilla and finished it all, a rarity for him.We did curbside pickup and someone was out to the car within 30 seconds to let us know everything except my patsa was ready. About a minute and half later our curbside server was back with our order and apologizing for the delay. Mind you we were early compared to what the app and text message said.Overall this was a great experience. We got a ton of food, two adult meals and two kids meals and one app for less than $60 before tax and tip. The service was outstanding even though we ordered curbside pickup.Great job Chili's. I will be honest, I was about to give up on you when I had to wait over an hour on Veteran's Day two years ago in a mostly empty restaurant but you have gotten better and seem to have the staff to make folks happy again.On a side note, the server who brought our food to the car said he was yelled out quite often and that is not good. If you are ordering from this Chili's please don't yell or abuse your server. Just tell them what you need and I am confident you will get what you need. Don't abuse the servers.

I got the Cajun Pasta, but was a bit wary of the spice and asked for no chili spices and the waitress offered to put it on the side which turned out to be much better as I was able to season it to my taste. Was asked quite frequently by a couple workers whether or not we enjoyed the food and needed anything.The televisions were a bit loud for my taste, however that is just the environment and people usually go there to drink and watch the football game.Our booth was a small two person, and it was freshly cleaned and was very nice.

I'm typically a bit of a food snob, or at least connoisseur. But when we are looking to save some money, we go to Chili's. We find that the value is incredible and that the food and service are very solid. To get a drink, appetizer, and entree for 12 bucks is very enjoyable!

This is a great restaurant to meet friends, family and to just enjoy dining and each other's company! They have a great menu with a variety of options to suit just about anyone's palate! There's low calorie options, gluten free, and veggie burgers as well. Of course, Chili's is synonymous with "Margarita" and more specifically, the El Presidente! Get your personal shaker filled to the brim so that you can top your margarita glass off a few times! Great nacho platter, sizzling fajitas, great tacos and even fish! I had the lighter fare...the Ancho Salmon (chile rubbed) which came with fresh, steamed Broccoli and Mexicans rice ! It was very tasty and the price was excellent! Always music and tv's at the bar, we had a good time and always come back!

Food:- The food came out very late we ordered it around 2:09 and got it at 2:50- Also, very small portions of food- They didn't tell us about the drinks that came with the food and the waiter was asking on how they was suppose to tell us- Didn't mind about how we didn't eat pork and only removed the bacon, because their was bacon on the pattyService:- We were ignoredAmbiance:- Not a lot of room- Kinda dirty- Had a coziness to the place but the service was horrible.1/5

The manager approached my self and elderly mother with pure disrespect. Our food was packed incorrect and was leaking out of the package. I asked for a new package, the manager grabbed the container from me. He then yelled and berated me in front of the entire restaurant. I was going to call the police. The GM Deniz called me a B***** and said to customers coming in to the restaurant that I was a b***** This was all because of a mistake from the employee. I have independent witness from the incident, as a man had to stand up and tell the GM Deniz that this is enough how he was yelling at me. Then the GM was saying I'm crazy and am I ok to drive. I am a longterm customer who also have been a long term reward member, and now I dont feel safe eating at this establishment. Seems no one cares anymore. Definitely spend your $ somewhere else, not worth spending at Chili's unless you want poor service and to feel threatened by management for their mistake!

This turned out to be one of the better Chili's. We were going every Friday night. It's kind of near FDU, so once in a while, there'd be some stoned college boys acting silly, but not disruptive. It seems like Chili's always seats the small children in the same two booths, so if you want a slightly less annoying dinner, sit on the left side of the restaurant.
