Quick friendly service. The food was good. My only complaint was that I couldn't get the meat rare as it was pictured in the ad. Also no red onion in the guacamole. But still good.

Terrible experience. Ive been coming to this location for years. Cashier with Orange Brown hair had the nastiest, unprofessional behavior. She made my visit so unpleasant I requested a refund. Before completing my refund she turned to another employee making mobile orders and told her I was refunding my order then that employee made a nasty comment. Very ghetto experience. Sad thing is I drove from all day doctors appointment and hadn’t eaten since Breakfast. First thought was Chipotle. Never will I ever patronize that location again. I’m sure her attitude wont her far. She definitely doesn’t do well representing the Chipotle’s brand.

I always go to this location for the man with the tattoos in front.He always makes my day and always joke around with all the customers. If he is not manager yet i would suggest you promote him, I think this chipotle could do so well with someone as sweet as him in charge.

My sister and I went to pick up a meal for her daughter as she loves chipotle bowls although when ordering they had "run out" of basics such as salsa and corn, etc. When asked when more would be made I was told none would be available for the rest of the day. Then as I proceeded to question further about why I was told the morning team hadn't prepared it. This is as I saw multiple employees standing around doing nothing. As a former employee of Chipotle, I discussed with the manager that I didn't want to pay full price for half the ingredients missing and criticized her poor management. As I questioned her poor management somehow another "manager" came up and said that as a male customer she didn't like me talking to her female employee questioning her management. I am unsure what sex/gender had to do with the conversation, but felt it was a way to dismiss the true complaint. Needless to say my sister was also part of the conversation. Frustrated I felt it important to voice this on this platform. According to other reviews I see this type of poor service is not an anomaly. I'd appreciate it if Chipotle sold items they had on their menu or at least empathized with me when they couldn't live up to their standard. Also some management and customer relations training for Vanessa is much overdue.

I went to Chipotle to grab a bowl to take back to the office for lunch. i work about 1 mile away. I came in and placed my order and watched as they prepared it. when I got back to the office it was ice cold. In addition, I order a fountain drink. I wanted an ice-tea. I don't know what was in the carafe but it certainly didn't taste like ice-tea. whatever it was, it was gross.
