I am not one to make a review but this place had me livid. I came to celebrate my nieces birthday’s and the customer service was horrible. They took forever to bring out the food for the adults, didn't bring it out til there was only 30 min left for the party, lit the candle for the cake without even informing the guests they were doing so. Basically rushed us to finish up when they took forever even bringing out the food after us asking a million times were it was. Also called ahead to see if they had helium to blow up some balloons at the location, said they did then when we got there and asked for it was ignored multiple times til someone finally told us there wasn't anymore. Not to mention they gave the bill to a guest and not the parents. This staff has no structure and is irresponsible and lazy. This place is a joke and should be shut down. Additionally the restroom was disgusting ( had toilet paper all over the toilets and floor, one toilet was broken and just kept repeatedly flushing ) just all around horrible. I will NEVER be coming back here. If you want this business to succeed i suggest you find new management and hire people who are actually willing to do their job.

Very disappointing. Went to a birthday party, and the employees were less than enthusiastic. The employee who was supposed to be Chucky Cheese and entertain children barely clapped, moved, or engaged the kids. He just stoos there. And the girl who assisted was just as bad. There were a lot of excuses. Explanations to disappointed kids.

They’ve upgraded this location fairly recently. There’s more space now dedicated to birthday parties which is helpful. The kids had a good time and enjoyed themselves. Isn’t that all that matters when coming here?

We booked a party at this Chuck e Cheese for my godson’s birthday and it was the best experience ever! The employees at the store were very attentive to our needs! The food came out hot and sang happy birthday very cute! They explained how the bracelets work for the duration of our party! They sang out loud to really bring the party atmosphere for the kids! I couldn’t have asked for a better party and will be recommending my friends and family to this location!Parking: There is handicap parking as well as a lot of regular parking!Kid-friendliness: This Chuck e Cheese locations stamps you with your children. Children are not allowed to leave without their parent and stamp numbers must match parents and kids! Safety first!

I normally don't do this. But went there today early in the day for our son's birthday. Place was empty other than a nother family of 3. I had issues with kiosk for game point and bands. Took a while to find employ to help. And that was taken care of. Order the #4 I think, it was a pizza boneless wings an 2 drinks. When the food was served the pizza an wings were burned pretty bad. Explain that wasn't happy an would like another not over done. Second pizza came out only have burnt. I expect better for the price of almost $50 for this combo. At this point I was aggravated the kids were loosing it cause they were hungry. Made the best of it and left. I had better service when this were extra busy on the weekend. Not happy at all.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. We came on a wends day, there was only 2 other kids were here and we were the only ones ordering pizza, the cashier at the front had told us it would take 10 minutes mind you we are the only ones here. after 30 minutes we had asked if our pizza was ready and the cashier had went to the back and had came back and told us it’s gonna take 10 minutes because they had not put it in all the workers here are just lying around on their phones talking to each other not to mention that when we had first came in, we had waited over 10 minutes to purchase a Chuck E. Cheese card and all the workers were sitting at a booth just staring at us until the manager Sierra finally decided to come over and help us out and was very upset at us when we asked for a refund for the pizza.

This place was so bad. I took my daughter here and ordered a pizza for us Mind you I had got drinks just to go with the pizza the manager had told us it would be 10 minutes when we waited over 30 minutes and the pizza was not even in yet then I had asked for a refund and they gave me attitude and would not give me my full refund for the drinks as well. Mind you he didn’t even touch the drinks. Yes, we filled the cups up But we were waiting on our food. I am in such disgust. Will never come back here again save your money unless you like workers who are lazy and sit on their phones.

I’ve taken my kids here a few times and they never want to leave. They have so much fun. Two floors of games and both floors are equally fun. The pizza always tastes good too. It’s a perfect place to bring the kids for a treat or a birthday. Music and whole atmosphere is great too. Never had a bad time. The kids having so much fun makes it a great time for the parents and their are games moms and dads can play with their kids.

This was the absolute worst experience at Chuck E. Cheese ever. We arrived at 5:55 on a Sunday night. The place had maybe 10 customers. The waitstaff was rude & the place was disgusting. We reluctantly ordered pizza & 2-30 minute cards because we had 2 anxious kiddos waiting to play. 25 minutes later we had no food & had been spoken to rudely multiple times. This place needs some serious management help. And a visit from the health department. We’d never return. From now on, save yourself the frustration and go to the one on Route 23.
