the food is average like what you would expect from a dunkin. There is usually only one worker who had their airpods in and doesn't wear gloves.

Ordered from this Dunkin' Donuts a day ago and gotten food poisoning hours after I ate a sandwich from this place. Horrible.
Worst DD I ever been to, sandwich wasn’t good / bagel like a brick and donut wasn’t fresh.I asked for a frozen hot chocolate and it was soupy and that wasn’t good either. A waste of my 12 bucks.Worker was using same pair of gloves while making and touching the food and ringing up plus he touch the garbage and didn’t change his gloves.So disappointing service, the wait was like 15 minutes do to no staff.
