2 things .....I had a double cheeseburger all the way....when I go to 5 guys I do expect my cheese to be somewhat melted not fresh out the pack on my bun after the fresh heat from the burger left itself. 2nd my fries shouldn't be soft they should have a level of crisp to them so I felt my fries was undercooked...trust I been to 5 guys numerous of times and the fries shouldn't be that soft
Usually come here just for the fries. The fries are good, although the portion size seems to have gotten smaller. I'm still disappointed in this day in age they still don't have an alternative burger such as turkey or chicken

Don’t wear gloves when handling food and scratching their hair and touching food. I just walk out after paying for food. Never again will I return.

Don’t come to this location, soda dispensers are broken (if they know they are not working, put a sign! Don’t let customers get all splashed) , floors are wet, fries are thrown inside a paper bag with all the grease… avoid this place !

I took 10 minutes to even be able to place our order and 25 more minutes to get our food. We ordered a caramel milkshake and they gave us a peanut butter one.First time coming to this branch and will definitely not be going

The one positive star is for the the Coke Freestyle machine. Short staffed is not an excuse for 4 of the staff to disappear into the back for more than 30 minutes leaving one guy at the grill. Nor is it an excuse for staff to be on their phones at the grill, which is a health code violation. It took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence to even order.The food is good, but not worth it with the service.
