We didn’t get the correct order. Got short changed half the order. They point the finger at Door Dash and vice versa. I have to spend half an hour arguing while guests have no food. Totally unacceptable way to do business. Total scam. DO NOT do business with these crooks.

Postmates deliveredWings and fries cold. Fries definitely over cooked. And parmesan and garlic sauce needs to be renamed to pepper sauce. No taste of garlic or parmesan. And the color of the sauce is red. Ridiculous. I will never order from here. And will advise others not to do so. I should of read the reviews

The worst food I have ever had I went for a pickup order on my lunch break. Food was completely uncooked I bit into frozen chicken !!!!!! I spent the entire rest of my day and currently as I am typing with diarrhea and throwing up I will NEVER. Eat here again This place needs to be closed you are making people sick all you did was fry the outside with sauce on top thank you for wasting not only my time but as well as my money

Ok so I have had great meals at JustWings in the past. My coworkers and I always get food her for lunch. I ordered two 11pc wings with curly fries. I received my order and didn’t get my fried. I asked the nice women where the fries were and she said “I’m sorry I was confused” I thought you ordered from chilies ?. I asked if I could buy the fries extra. She went to the back and I guess the manager came out to explain that he couldn’t give me fries. Lol it was so weird. They didn’t say sorry I’m sorry for the mistake. I asked if I could have a refund and left to take my business elsewhere. I come from a customer service background and I can tell you this place needs some help. This is my first review and normally I am a positive guy but this rubbed me the wrong way. The manager was of zero help and was standing off like he owned the business. I’m disappointed in the service that I received and I will not return anytime soon!
Food always fresh, very tasty definitely would recommend It's Just Wings over any other wing spot.

You give your name and nothing. No updates on food. They look at you like your an alien. What you paid how much for this garbage and you expect service? Google should have an option to rate this a zero. Super Bowl was entertaining, commercials were whacked, the food was nauseating!! Managerial staff of this catastrophe, can I get a refund or an exchange on something you do well? Please tell me you are known for doing something well……

Placed the over via the Just Wings website. Issue was at the store location, after waiting for and looking for someone in the front of house, I needed to go to the kitchen to get someone so we can get our take out. Once we finally got someone we asked for a fork and were told "the reason we are so cheap in price is because we don't give out utensils"... It's literally a few pennies...and I can get cheaper wings and more at places like Buffalo Wild Wings and still get a fork with my take out if I ask...

I only ordered from this place through DoorDash because it was close to the hotel and I must say if you like chicken wings with feathers on it this the place for you besides that I think the food could have been good
