My mom got me a gift certificate for Christmas to do a class at Jersey Artisan. We chose the mozzarella class. It was so fun! The instructor was informative and clear. The other employees were helpful keeping an eye on everyone to make sure they were following along. They provided snacks which were delicious: pizza, cheese, fresh bread, etc. BYOB. I stopped by their table at a the Morris Winter Market. I did not expect to get bread from a cheese shop. The person here was very knowledgeable and service was impeccable and one on one attention. I can't comment on ambiance of the shop but plan to visit it, as I found out they are located in my town. I purchased a sausage focaccia/pizza. It looks amazing.
