I got the general tsao combo platter, scallion pancakes. Chicken lo mein. And spicy salmon roll. Super nice they offer sushi, it it’s good quality, as well as the other food. Chicken is not chewy or over cooked. All were excellent. Have eaten a few times here already. One of the fast Chinese take out places I’ve eaten at.Will continue to drive out of the way come back!

One of the best Chinese take out around. You can order online and ready in most cases in 10 minutes. They make sushi and have a large menu of options from appetizers, soups to combo meals, including lunch specials. Highly recommended.Parking: Plenty of parking in the shopping center lot.

General Tso’s White meat only that is 80-90% breading. Other items were average despite highest prices locally. Not sure why this restaurant is highly rated.

3.5/5First time trying this place. Seemed promising 4.6 rating on Google but disappointed. Too out of the way.Gen Tso Chicken - 4.75/5. Not really fair to rate because take out always makes food soggy but gotta rate what it is. Semi crispy. The sauce is just right, portions are huge. Usually able to finish the entire container myself but this place is the first I could only finish half.Beef with garlic sauce - 4.75/5. Good portions for all portions, flavor is a solid.Curry chicken with onions - 0/5. Couldn’t rate, they screwed up the order, got chicken with garlic sauce instead. Wife was starving and this place was too far to go back. Chicken with garlic sauce is also a solid 4.5, missing something in the flavor, not certain what.Lo mein, plain. 4.0/5. Flavors is 4.5 but weird aftertaste which ruined it.

This chinese restaraunt is a great place to order from. Its family owned and they are so nice. They may be dry on the phone but thats because they need to answer constant calls because of how busy they are. Their food is immaculate ? they have the best boneless spare ribs and amazing sesame chicken. They have a spectacular sushi bar and their tempura rolls are to die for ??. Im telling you out of all the chinese places out there this one is the one that i go to all the time. Becareful though they are closed on mondays and they are super busy on fridays saturdays and sundays so dont expect a 10 min wait on those days butttt do expect the food to be done right and service with a smile. They are top tier. They did not pay me to write this or ask me to give my opinion. Their food did all the talking for me and you must give this place a try.

Ordering here for some time.Food is pretty good, staff are decent, sometimes they seem a little grouchy. The real problem is, the prices have been climbing too high over the last year or so. I understand inflation as everything has gone up but our typical order, which was normally around $30 less than a year ago is now over $50 for the same exact order? Not good. Perhaps it's time to try another place for Chinese food.

I was honestly surprised to see that I had never left a review for Sunny Kitchen, because without exaggeration I can say I eat there at least once a week if not more. At first glance, Sunny Kitchen appears to be a run-of-the-mill Chinese-American take-out place that also happens to offer sushi, and while it is a Chinese-American take-out place, it's definitely not "run-of-the-mill". I've discovered over the years that some of the best sushi I've eaten isn't made by a person of Japanese descent. In fact, my favorite sushi chef in Los Angeles is Mexican. Despite this, I'm still hesitant to order sushi at restaurants that don't specialize in Japanese food. In the case of Sunny Kitchen, their main focus is Chinese food, so it took me a few years before I gave their sushi a try. Now, I wish I'd gotten past my phobias and tried their food sooner. Sunny Kitchen has no sushi bar, and you wouldn't go there for omakase, but their sushi is remarkably fresh. The sushi rice is made to perfection, and the sushi chef is very skilled. He's also extremely accommodating to special requests and very friendly. In fact, everyone who works there is very friendly. They seem to quickly recognize their regular customers and remember their tastes. Sunny Kitchen has become the go-to lunch place for me and my father. We always get either their 2 or 3 roll lunch special. You can choose from a larger than expected variety of rolls, including things like a shrimp tempura roll and yellow-tail roll (which normally aren't included in lunch specials). We're also big fans of their kani salad, which is made with mango, cucumber, Japanese mayo, masago and tempura crunch. It's normally not made spicy, but we get it that way (and I highly recommend it). Their nigiri sushi is also excellent and made with generous slices of fish. Although we tend to stick to the simpler sushi, they have a large selection of more exotic rolls which are all very good and beautifully made. I should probably mention that we've also eaten their Chinese food. It's definitely above average and the portions are very large. I especially like their boneless spareribs. As I mentioned at the beginning, Sunny Kitchen is primarily a take-out place and they only have two tables, so while you can eat there don't rely on a table being free, but don't let that deter you from going. For the price, you won't find better sushi anywhere in the area. I highly recommend you try Sunny Kitchen. It's a good bet I'll be there when you do.

Excellent food - not a lot of breading. Sushi is fresh and made to order!

This is my go to Chinese food restaurant. It's close to my house (walking distance) and the food is on point. I usually get steamed dumplings, egg roll, wonton soup and either Chicken lo Mein or steamed chicken and broccoli with white rice and sauce on the side. I have no complaints. The foods is always hot and fresh. The broccoli is always crisp. They've never messed up my order. You will not be disappointed here with whatever you order. I'm definitely a regular.

Pork w. Garlic sauce and shredded beef were AWFUL. We can smell ketchup in Shredded beef - making the whole dish taste totally weird. This is listed in their Szechuan specialties. Pork with garlic sauce was TOO sweet, making it Called the owner- asked if he would make something else because we hated so much. He said no way - hhe has been making it this it way for 25 yrs and that he doesn't care if I have a bad experience. Disgusting.
