Ordered weekly from this place first I am having a issue but how it was dealt with prompted my review because we as good as out last performance they set me a broken container with the Alfredo sauce all over the bag then can’t give a credit wanted me to wait to send over the sauce if you guys had offered a credit even $2 to appease a valued customer I would take it but to blatantly say you will make more sauce as a broken container with sauce all over the bread and the other order is unacceptable…03/17/2024In response to your response earlier you offered me “more sauce “ not a new complete order which I refuse because my lunch time was already depleted I told the young lady to put whatever credit to my account as I was about to leave my job site.

Beyond beyond beyond amazing - Lobster Agnolotti is to DIE FOR! $32 worth at least $40-$42 ….. so much lobster inside and a KILLER vodka sauce! Small cheese pizza is the top 5 in New Jersey! If you haven’t tried the lobster you absolutely have too!!!
by far the worst customer service I've ever had both locations hanover and morristown were rude and didn't even get my order right.The food is great but the customer service makes it not worth it i expected more from a place opened for so

We go here regularly. Where once a month, people with hearing issues can meet up and sign together. They are wonderfully welcoming and allow us to sit as long as we wish. I would incredibly recommend going here. You will not meet a nicer group of people.
Really enjoy GF. Its a very local place. All the help is good and they do their best never to say No.

So I have been at this establishment a few times. The atmosphere and food are very good. The prices are premium. I looked at the reviews and I have to say the one negative about the place is the inconsistent service. I understand good hostility service is harder and harder to find, however I expect to be informed about the happy hour, asked if I wanted a menu, offered the same service every time I come in. The person next to me had to ask for utensils. Some places have been around long enough and the food is good enough that they just don't care about service, this is one of those places. I still recommend it but ve sure you ask for what you want.
Been here a few times. Has not disappointes yet. Lunch specials are well priced and quick. Had oysters here twice and both times thought they were fresh and delicious.
