This place was absolutely amazing. The ambience and the service was absolute perfection. Carlos took really good care of us, and insured that we were taken care of accordingly, regardless of how many tables he had to manage. The food was absolutely outstanding. Had date on Sunday in Kearny. Went to Tops Diner, only to find a 1.5 hour wait. Drove up the block saw Pic Nic. Went in and had the best skirt steak and yellow rice I have ever tasted!! friendly service very reasonably priced.....can not beat this place. I will be back with

What we ordered was not what we got and we only discovered it upon arrival at home over an hour away. Porkchops were very dry. Fries were not salted. We asked for white rice and got yellow rice! Very dissatisfied with this meal. Frango is very bland!
I would give 6 stars to atmosphere if possible!!
