I wish I would have got the young boys name that was working the front. He was so so so nice. Great customer service. Knew the menu items and all the content of them. The chicken is a must, everything was fresh, the Gyro Sandwich was so large it fed two people (the sauce on them was so great). Prices are great as well. The macaroni salad also great. This is a MUST try! We are only here for Vacation and I like small hole in the wall places this was definitely a 10/10!!!

The person answering the phone is always rude and doesn’t know what he is doing. One time I called to place a delivery order he said no delivery I called back off of a different number and suddenly they were delivering. That time he charged 15$ and I only got 1 sandwich which was 7$, I asked why is it 15$ and he hung up the phone on me so I had to call again and tell him I wanted the sandwich. I just tried to order a delivery he asked my order I ordered 1 sandwich he said the total was 20$? .. I asked why he said the minimum order was 20$ , which is a lie like I stated before I ordered a sandwich and he charged 15$. 2 . Why didn’t he mention it was a 20$ min before taking my order? Sounds like they be making up they own prices and definitely overcharging people. He was to confident saying 1 sandwich is 20$ like that’s ok. I will never ever be eating from here again the food is not good anyway it is just a place to eat when mostly everything else is closed . Guess I’ll order dominos

My fiance were craving some fried chicken and ended up at this location. It was on the late side around 10pm and we ordered the 2 piece fried chicken combo with a choice of a side. We were able to choose the pieces of chicken we wanted so I requested a chicken breast,m chicken thigh. The chicken thigh came out perfect. It was fresh, fried, crispy and mouth watering delicious. Unfortunately though the chicken breast wasn’t as good. It looked as if the piece he gave to both of us was old or sitting around for an extended length of time. It wasn’t as fresh or crispy. For my side I got fries and they were just as fresh and delicious as the chicken thigh. They were deep fried but they were nice and crispy, just how I like it. I would have given this location 5 stars if the chicken breast we got wasn’t as I described, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We both agreed we would try this place again since everything else was delicious. Also the owner who served us was very nice and accommodating. I definitely recommend trying this place out especially if you’re a fried chicken lover.

This place was the worst, I mean absolute worst! They advertised 10 pieces of chicken for $11.99 and 10 pieces of dark meat for $10.99 but what they don't tell you is that you can only get this deal is on Sundays. I told them this was false advertising but they didn't care. I didn't buy anything, I walked out of store. Shame on crown chicken!

Went for something quick to eat. I only had card. His system was down, so he asked me to use the ATM ND deduct the fee. The ATM didn't work to release money. I ended up ZelIe him the money. To only find out that I still ended up getting charged $6 fee days later smh. Shady business if you ask me. 3 stars for the chicken.

First I've noticed other Crown Chickens in the area take cards, and you don't have to use only cash or use their atm. But while I was there, three kind quiet black children was standing in front of me speaking to each other while their food was being prepared, and the worker decided that he needed to yell at them and tell them to separate from each other, why are they so close together! I then had to ask the worker the question "what does it hurt for them to stand together if they came together. Why did he feel that they could not stand together on the other side of the counter" He said it's because he was hot. He is standing behind the counter by chicken preparing their food, and he decided to take it out on the three black children standing there. I then said, "Are you trying to say black people draw heat because none of us were sweating?" Only he was sweating, and as you can tell from this comment, he was not a black person. I have in the past told myself I was not going to go there anymore because of how they are rude to the customers, especially the children. I tried again, and they did not fail to prove to me once again that they do not like those who patron at their store. They continually show that they do not want us to give them our money. I can only suggest that we let them know that they are in our community, and we can take our money elsewhere. If they don't like us, they can move. Treat this community with respect.
