I called to order a pick up and the women said she doesn’t speak English and to call someone else. They are rude and racist and only serve they kind. What is the point!

The turkey meat was good. The rice was not good (not cooked) and the sauce itself was like a tomato sauce. The inside is not even clean. I will not go back again.

I hate to leave a bad review but I have to be honest, the is less than mediocre. I was excellent to try this restaurant out based off the reviews and I'm not sure if it was a bad day but based off the food, I will not be returning. I ordered fried goat with rice and beans. The goat was salty and hard!!! Let's not confuse saltiness for flavor, the meat was tough, like it was leftover from the day before and refried. When I first opened the plates I was extremely disappointed at the amount of meat that was actually in there but after tasting it, they did me a favor. I did visit this establishment around 1pm so I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to get rid of what they didn't sell the day before. Now as far as the rice once again mediocre, there was hardly any beans in the rice, I mean come on, and while I hate overcooked soft rice, I felt like the rice was undercooked. The woman behind the counter was extremely polite and I am appreciative to excellent customer service hence the reason why I'm giving this establishment 2 stars. If I could rate based off customer service I would have given this place 5 stars, but for the food 1 star.

I specifically asked for extra sauce because I ordered a large rice and beans , and the little sauce they give is not enough . I got my large order of rice with no sauce . I was so mad because I don’t like eating dry rice .

My daughter recommended theirMirliton. She told me it had beef in it. I went to the restaurant. Ordered and asked for a side of fried plantain instead of rice. I did ask what kind of meat was in it and the lady DID answer in creole. She said cushon ?. Why did I think that meant beef? Anyway. That food was ROCKIN. Until I realized it was not beef. It was too late. I ate around the meat since it was too late and side eyed the meat while I ate the fried plantains. So imma call ahead and ask for a custom order next time. I’ll pay whatever she want. To make it pork Free. It was that good. Worth paying extra for custom next time. Even if i gotta get a big order, split it up and freeze it.

As most HaitiaN/Carribean spots, the amount of rice will last you days. And like many other restaurants, it’s the serving of meat day needs to increase‼️

The owner should get rid of all these people she hired. Overcooked burnt rice. The food looks like it's just thrown in a container to serve a animal. They take forever even when you call in advance.

Don't bother. Just go to danie's. The business seems to be on its last legs as the person who was at the counter didn't come out for 15mins. When I shouted "hello" she said "hold on"

Glad I found this spot. This is authentic homemade Haitian food. The portions are large. We ordered griot, legume, rice and beans and had leftovers for days.

Tasted great, on point with the salt, not greasy, could do better on the fried plantains. Will definitely recommend friends and family members to purchase from this establishment.

Started ordering from here a few months ago, pretty consistent. Sometimes they forget the sauce but not really a big deal. I usually get the fried turkey and black rice. Sometimes the rice is fresher than other times but this is my go-to place.

Doesn't look like much when you walk by... I actually thought it was closed or an abandoned shop. The inside of the restaurant is really hot, so I wouldn't plan to eat in there. They also don't go a great job at calculating your total for the food. The food is great and that soursop juice?! Splendid but as far as organization and comfortability... It could use some work.
