They take care of their own people first despite who waiting in the line ! The old lady always look like she has an attitude she need to pass the job down to someone younger that has a pleasant attitude and they need to update the place . Patty’s still taste good tho !

Went there today . Because I wanted some Jamaica food . Saw 4 and 1/2 star rating . Ok no problem. . Food was not up to par . First of all all I got to pure white meat . Plus the meat was not fresh . That chicken was left over . I use to work in restaurants ,so I know fresh cook chicken . Plus chicken was yellow. Wth.. will never get my money . Plus another thing they add no other meat but the chicken.

I only go there for beef patties, over 15 years...best patties around- however there’s a older woman with glasses , usually low ponytail-EXTREMELY RUDE, she lacks customer service...the man & indian looking lady are very respectful however.

This place is no doubt one of the most attractive place in the area. Anytime I go there I am absolutely pleased. They preserve their very high level service and the topmost level of cooking they give. You definitely will enjoy this this place. Very recommended.

I moved out of the area 20 years ago but whenever I come back to visit family I try to stop by here. Everything is great. If you care coming for patties they run out quickly but it's never more than a 10 min wait for more.

While they're good at times, especially the patties, customer service is at an all time low & always has been...FACTS. The women at the counter behave as if they're doing you a favor. You can never go in and get right out....even for a patties. Sometimes they don't have change, I could go on and on. This is not of late, this always been the case.
