Usually the grilled veggies are the reason I don't prefer chipotle. They're always burnt. This place had perfect veggies grilled and quantity of the bowl was very filling.

We order delivery from this chipotle multiple times andevery single time I have been disappointed by the portions. However, this time when I picked it up it felt extremely light. When we opened it, we received small portions for both bowls. Mind you we paid for EXTRA PROTEIN. We didn’t even get a regular portion of protein, sour cream or cheese as you can see in this picture. This is an issue when we go in person but it’s even a bigger problem when we order for delivery. Please take action to train your staff as to what regular portion are at chipotle as our order came out to be well above 50 dollars I expect we get accurate portions for our food ESPECIALLY if we pay for extra item's. If I could this place 0 stars I would.

I never been so much disappointed with my chipotle order to pick up. It seamed they used 50 % of the tortilha to wrap the burrito . The burrito so small, and usually ;at least; they are generous with it. For God sake, this food is so cheap to make, and they think it’s precious. I don’t recommend no one to prefer online, to be pick up. You have to be there watching them, and called their attention if need.

Friday night dinner rush. The line barely had anything on it. No white rice…15 minute wait. I asked for extra sour cream and got a very tiny amount. The extra cheese was barely even a fist full. Also wanted guac on the side and they put it right on top.

Empty on a Thursday at 8:30 “no guac, no corn, no tomato, no sour cream” only lettuce and a little bit of cheese meanwhile people are still coming in and the place looks like its about to close… ( store is open until 10 i think)
