Food is great. I love five guys but an employee stopped me from taking FREE peanuts to-go. Claimed it was store policy and peanuts are only dine-in. What if I were to dine-in while eating peanuts and decided to take the rest with me to go rather than throwing them out, are you going to stop me then? I’ll still come back and buy your food but this A.K.A policy is not right and if I get denied again I will write another negative review.

My last trip to five guys on 12/14/2023 at Rockaway, NJ mall I got something extra in my bacon cheeseburger - a nice shard of SHARP piece of GLASS. It's a good thing I didn't bite into it. I can only imagine what would have happened if I did. I did cut my finger on it when I was wrapping remaining burger up. I went to cashier and all I got is I'm sorry, here's a bandaid and a refund for the burger. I think it's safe to say I won't be coming back nor recommend this place. Definitely not recommended!

If you ever need a satisfying burger, check out five guys. This location has very friendly staff. I forgot to ask for Cajun seasoning and the guy gave me on the side.
