My and my husband had lunch there and when I took a bite of my chicken it was still raw!! I went to the counter just to ask for another piece of chicken NOT a refund and the girl at the counter told me this is how chicken is made in the Philippines! I said so your telling me you don’t cook your chicken in the Philippines? And with attitude she just said well do you want a refund? I said I didn’t ask for a refund just another piece of chicken cooked a little more so she went to the back did I don’t know what ! And let me tell you ever since I ate that food I have had the worst stomachache ever!!!!!!!

Jollibee American Dream strikes again!! How do you guys keep getting away with this?! Everytime, there's something crazy happening with our order. This time, after waiting close to an hour we find out that our $100+ order was given to some uber eats driver!!! Wow! I hope they enjoy our order for 10 people. Worst part is that they can't give us our order anymore cuz they're all out of chicken!! Our dinner, gone, just like that. They said they were gonna refund us, but still we got nothing for our troubles, wasting our time for absolutely nothing. Maybe give us at least some sandwhiches or anything that you have left? Nothing. Just unnacceptable. Again, like what I said not too long ago, I will still order from them cuz I dowanna have to drive all the way to Jersey City. It's exactly like being in a toxic relationship that I can't drop cuz we all love their spicy chicken.. ?

Made an online order around 6:30pm arrived around 7pm waited 30 min order still not ready, and waited an additional 1hr and was told my order was given away to an Uber driver with the same name. The order was a $100 order very dissatisfied with the takeout service. I left with just a refund no form reimbursement.

The chicken was humongous. The chicken pieces were bigger than anything I got at KFC or Popeyes. I'm pretty sure and the chicken was not dry at all. It actually had a really nice crunch to it and the meat on the inside was super juicy. It was honestly really good chicken, but it was easy to get full from. It was very fulfilling not to mention the spaghetti with their hotdog pieces in there, adding so much flavor with the cheddar cheddar cheese taste And the noodles are pretty much perfect al dente style. I mean they could be a little softer, but they can't be too soft. They were honestly pretty good. However, the softer this is distribution was kind of bad like it was all on top but if it was all throughout the pasta, it would be delicious, those Filipinos sure know how to make good spaghetti probably better than Italians. I'm gonna be 100% honest and I live in NYC in San Diego. I was born in San Diego.

Always liked jollibee, never loved it. Definitely more unique than your typical fried chicken spot with the options of spaghetti/rice. This is definitely a prime example of how influencers can drastically help a brand bring in more $$$ With all this being said, food was good (not great) and my favorite was the ube pie

Waited 30 min to find out there hasn't been spicy chicken in over a month. The employee Tirso was extremely rude and giving everyone around me a hard time. Gave off a horrible atmosphere and people looked upset with how he spoke with them. I got annoyed too but tried to brush it off. Luckily, the manager was there to assist me with my order that they messed up on. Great food though, would've been much better if they had the spicy flavor. Would be 1/5 if the food wasn't so damn good. Tirso gotta go.
I've been wanting to try Jollibee again since my brother got takeout from the Manhattan location a few years ago, and I ate his leftovers. Haha! I remembered it being good, but I was a bit disappointed with this location. I ordered the 2pc Chicken with Jolly Spaghetti - Chickenjoy Meal Deal for $12.99, and the Peach Mango Pie for $2.99. Despite being dark meat pieces, the chicken was dry, so you needed to use the gravy just to give it more moisture. The spaghetti had pieces of sausage in it, and it was okay. I know that the sauce is on the sweeter side because it's hot they traditionally prepare it but was little too sweet for me. Fortunately, the peach mango pie was just as good as I remembered it to be. Crunchy flaky crust, with a nice hot gooey filling. If I get another chance, then I would like to try the Palabok Fiesta or just try the Manhattan location in the future.

Never had this chicken and actually do not eat KFC or much fast food but dam! This is good chicken Fck... I have a dam cycling event in April can't afford to eat this but is soooooooo good

I had high hopes for this place, Popeyes is much better. Very expensive, Fries were cold, mashed potatoes were grainy, chicken was average, chicken tenders were below average, mange peach pie was ok, not amazing how most people rate it to be. Very

I came here with my dad on my birthday and it was the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. The servers were so nice, but it was very dirty.Kid-friendliness: They were so nice to my little nephew
