On a Friday lunch run, Saladworks offered me a great nutritious, low-calorie options lunch. It was a scrumptious, delicious chicken salad. They even had some gluten free cookies and brownies, can't say NO to sweet treats.

I bought soup two soups and they were both cold. When I went back to let them know they wanted to take the soup in the back amd microwave it. If I wanted microwaved soup I wouldn't go out to get food. One lady shook her head at me. I don't understand there are 6 people behind the register, zero customers and cold soup. I would skip this place of you want a nice meal.

Always happy to see a Saladworks in the area. I find this easy to grab and go. I love the pick your own option where you get a salad base and 5 toppings plus dressing and a roll. Even though I typically get the same thing I do love being able to change it up on a whim if I'm craving something else. Service is always friendly and prompt. And although I don't usually sit to eat it seems like a nice atmosphere.

Ordered a Metropolitan Panini. Was sadly disappointed. Literally 1 piece of spinach, 2 jarred strips of red pepper,mozzarella and eggplant. Panini bread was over done and very dry. Guess this location still has growing pains.
Worst restaurant that i have visited... they don't care about giving you the food in your hands literally... they can't spend in bags for you food... thats crazy..

Good quality salad. It’s definitely expensive when they do not offer take away bags. Or they don’t sell them Really? Unfortunately my salad opened up and spilt everywhere. So recommend asking for salads to be tape enforced and bring your own bag.

I do enjoy salad works... however, I placed an order on door dash and you'd think this place would provide bags. My salad was not sealed and was not in a brown bag to hand off to the driver. Disappointed.

I ordered online and came to pickup my food, they gave it to someone else!!! THEY NEVER APOLOGIZED!!! I showed them my order on my phone. They calmed someone else ordered the exact same things as me...really? I was hungry so, I waited for my order to be remade The sandwich could have had more chicken salad so I wouldn't just be eating bread. The market salad was okay. Of the three people who addressed me, not one of them said they are sorry for the inconvenience...customer service goes a long way. It wasn't even during the height of the lunch rush. I bet the person who got my order was not to happy. Just like that two unsatisfied customers.
