I was noticed immediately by the person behind the counter, who dropped what he was doing to make sure I didn't have to wait in line for long. Friendly back and forth, lo and behold it's the manager Rodney. I could immediately tell why he was in charge here. Looking forward to coming back.

The people that work there are so nice, madensure lids were tight in drinks and friendly. I went thru drive-thru with my dog today and they were super nice. Offered my dog a Pup cup and were very nice. Sometimes...a nice cashier just makes your day better!

Went through the drive thru and picked up my mobile order. I ordered my usual drink. My mocha had no mocha in it, I know this because it didn't taste like mocha and it looked like a caramel latte. I nicely asked Jessica for more mocha sauce because I felt it didn't have mocha. Jessica proceeded to tell me in a condecending tone that I only asked for 3 pumps of mocha and they usually put four so that's why it doesn't look like a mocha. So I am to believe that this caramel looking drinking has mocha? So, I tell her I'm happy to pay for mocha to be put in the drink. Jessica responds with "okay well, I'm just going to put it on top of the drink then."I've never had someone so damn rude for no reason. I know my drink was wrong and this starbucks should really consider teaching this women to learn some proper costumer services skills. Because you just lost a costumer.

I don't usually go to Starbucks but I know they have milk alternatives. I ordered a decaf oatmilk vanilla latte, and it was ok, although I couldn't really taste the vanilla. Everyone there was pleasant. What bothered me was that the drive up seemed to take precedence over the walk-ins.Dietary restrictions: They have several milk alternatives available for an upcharge.

One of my favorite Starbucks, after I get my work materials at Lowe’s I always stop here for a coffee and couple of work emails/phone calls. It is quiet, clean and the associates are always friendly.

I am appalled to know that you cant order water at Starbucks. As a loyal customer who spends money at Starbucks 4 times a week I don’t ever order a water here so this is news to me. I wasn’t feeling well so I just wanted to grab a water which I didn't mind paying for whatsoever. I asked for a venti water and added strawberry inclusions intentionally so that it wouldn’t be free. The barista states that they cant charge it like that anymore and instead they would need to ring it as a chai latte for $4 and change. Maybe $1-$2 okay but almost $5 for a cup of ice water with strawberry pieces is absurd. So im like okay I’ll just pay for the water plain if you cant ring it with strawberry pieces. She then tells me “actually we cant let you get water unless you purchase something to go with it since you’re at the drive thru.” (At this time I already have a croissant and half a cup of peach green tea in the car with me from an earlier Starbucks purchase) and didn't want anything else random or extra to waste since I wasn't feeling well. I simply wanted to buy a water only and was denied. Unbelievable customer service. Waited in the drive thru line and left with nothing. I don’t typically go to this location but I know for a fact the service at rochelle park wouldn’t have been like this. I definitely won’t be back here. I also reported this to corporate. Who knew it was this difficult to buy a water at an establishment that sells drinks. You would have thought I was asking for something free or a complicated drink! How ironic is it that I pay almost $2 extra when I remove water from certain drink recipes but I cant even buy just a water in the drive thru.. make it make sense.

The woman who works in the morning most mornings, dark hair, heavier set, major attitude has given me and my husband separately and together attitude like 3 or 4 times. Today she legit yelled at me because I wanted to add a spinach feta wrap to my order when I got to the window. Legitimately told me I’d wait 20 mins for it because she has ‘all these mobile orders coming through and everyone’s coming through the drive thru’I work in service lol. I’ve written maybe 2 reviews in my life. This woman does not belong in service. She does not really belong in any sort of customer service based job. She’s miserable and seeping in resentment. I’m embarrassed I’m even writing this review, but not as embarrassed as I’d be if I were her being this rude to customers because they’re miserable working at Starbucks during a morning RUSH. For reference I had two cold brews (black), 2 croissants and a sandwich. I cant be the only person she’s abused in the morning all because she clearly hates her job.

The woman barista has attitude and got my order wrong!!! The drive through order doesn’t show up correctly on the screen, and I wanted to correct it then she’s mad and yelling… She repeated she got me, but she’s still got it wrong.!! Plz hire more professional people! at least do some training…
