When we arrived, a guy was talking to the buristas behind the counter. Not a problem since communication is key but to not even look at the customers who came in and act like we aren't there is rude and not good customer service. After a few mins, they asked for our order. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich with the egg on the side and a venti iced white chocolate mocha. I got my order and went to get napkins. I saw crumbs on the counter by the napkins and only one thing of napkins was filled. Looks like they do not pay attention to details and only having one thing stocked and the rest empty looks horrible. I get out to the vehicle and I went to go eat the egg separately like I asked and it was still cold like they never heated it up. They never asked but you'd assume it should all be heated up as it's a warm sandwich. There's room for improvement and I hope that they make the right adjustments.

It's hard for me to gauge how good a coffee shop is simply because I'm just not a huge consumer of fancy coffee shop coffee drinks. What I can't say is that I have stopped in multiple times while staying at the Hilton, and each time I have been able to get a relatively simple coffee and something to snack on without a lot of effort and without having to stand in long lines. I have gotten something to eat each time that I have visited. The sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin was fantastic. The breakfast wrap was "meh" thanks to a combination of being overheated to the point of the wrap being burnt and the interior ingredients not being properly distributed hiomogeniously. The one food item that was completely disappointing was the lemon pound cake simply because it was stale and almost inedible. That said, as long as the Hilton keeps giving me daily food credits, I will keep stopping in.

This is easily the WORST experience I've had at a Starbucks. The two main baristas were gossiping in low voices in Spanish. They spent forever chatting while there were already myself and 2 other customers waiting at the counter. The female barista noted correctly that I didn't want whipped cream - all the while still chatting with the male barista. The male barista kept talking the whole time he was making my drink. However, when my drink came, it had a lot of whipped cream on the top even though the cup clearly said no whip on that box. The one bright spot was the younger / third barista who was diligently coming out with a box and restocking supplies. We'll be going somewhere else for breakfast on the rest of my stay at the hotel. My first job was as a café barista so from experience I know there is plenty of time to chat and have fun during a shift.

Wow! This is a really nice little Starbucks in here!!! Normally when hotels offer Starbucks it's not the full experience but, this Starbucks is like a normal one and is wonderful!!! The coffee is great and the service is quick too- the coffee comes out really fast! I love the little lounge area in there too.

The service was excellent and so was the food. My only concern was the temperature of the place. Sat down for about 45min and the place was freezing.

Ordered grande and only half filled cup served. Also milks and whip crèmes all over the cup. So nasty

Awful customer service and the drinks are inconsistent. Same drink in different days tastes completely different.

No fresh fruit cereal or porridge. Everything comes with cheese. Staff efficient. Not a lot of healthy choices, had to make do with just coffee for breakfast.

06152022 6:00 pmJust stopped in to get something cool to drink, and experienced a great group of young ladies. One of which, was cleaning the oven. (I wish I had taken a picture now to prove it ) I asked her if her mother asked her to do that at home, "would she do it"? She said she would !!! In the 21st-century, I consider that amazing. Imagine your daughter cleaning the oven at home.?They were all working hard, friendly, funny, etc. I hope the manager tells her parents what a great young lady they have raised. Actually all of them.If you're shopping, and need a break, stop in.
