This place is very cheap. Never got correct order. Today we order 3 vege. Burgers with cheese they packed only 2. We had to go back to correct our order. But again it was not correct as we order cheese in the burgers but that was missing. Never gives ketchup or any other sauce until you ask them even for take out. Very disappointing and this did not happen for the first time. Never going back again there ? I will give -100 to this place.

I can’t have onions. So when I orders my food I look at the person taken my order Abigail and told her she said ok. Ordered my sandwich the classic melt and look at it loaded with onions!! This isn’t the first time but will be my last!! Hands down the worst BK I have been

The restaurant when first entering is immaculate. Spacious and very clean. The staff was kind. Ms. Julia Vivar, was so kind and helpful. I really appreciated the service, a very peaceful atmosphere. I love the fact that they understood I wanted my Miles Morales Whooper to be a Impossible Whooper burger instead. The burger was ok, it tasted like any other BK Whooper but the service was great.

I'd rate it a 0 if possible. I'm like many that try to save money when I'm out and eat. I use the app and work in the area. I'll stop in the middle of the day when the place is slow and quiet. I've tried a few times to communicate with employees and they look at me like I have 3 heads because they cant speak the language. I now was just told they didnt have an order I placed and was charged for. I have been in customer service my whole life. This has nothing to do with anything except basics of the job. They look like they struggle to complete orders when its slow. And if you cant communicate necessary elements of the job how are you working there? I struggle finding jobs and this is the norm now. Its insulting
