A delicious spot for a sweet treat and fun time in the spring or summer. This location particularly always has a great variety of flavors. Service never fails to be friendly, and the location doesn’t get too crowded. Nice outdoor seating is available. Would definitely recommend.

Have they changed the ice?. I use to love the Mistos now they are terrible. I gave it another change and still terrible. Never going back. To bad because we gave them a lot of business.

Went for Rita's for my office... waited 15 minutes before Tommy even started my order then everything was covered with ice and custard ...so sloppy had to ask for napkins??? really ??? so messy didn't even want to pay for it ... not worth the price for the service...not a nice experience and person serving not a happy camper to say the least...Dairy Queen at least they are pleasant and they don't give your order covered in waste from other flavors...I didn't even want to give a 1 rating

Staff are kind, friendly and greet almost immediately. Location is very clean & well maintained. I’m impressed the counter isn’t sticky and stained like other locations. Quick and quality service with ample parking.

Went to Rita’s bought gelatos for my office and when I got back the flavor was wrong … called them and they let me come and get the correct flavor… everyone makes mistakes but this Ritas was so kind with no attitude… I go every other day .. so I am glad I can continue to go there … all because of KINDNESS.. love Rita’s and the hard workers in East Windsor … A huge thanks for your customer service..

To owner.I honestly had nothing but a mortifying experience in having to deal with your employees. ( Your ices are fine)But please let me tell you, tonite Wednedsay night 8/10 about 9:00. I stopped in for an ice. I had a very nasty really icey attitude from the girl. About 19. Dark hair in a poney tail in cap. I do not know what I did but she slammed the window on me, and gave me glares.I dont know what I did except ask if she had bu ble gum. I am never rude. , mean, disrespectful, nothing.. So I am a 50byear old woman just coming off of work for a pleasant ice. Them I go back to my car andvit doesn't start. I have to wait for AAA for an hour, . When they're done, they walk past me and say ty o eachother" she's still here?" I don't know what to do, really. When I was their age, and I hd customers. I would at least say, I hope it gets better. Or , will u be alright? I would do that at I said I don't know what I did to her. Really nothing
