Never give you sauce or ketchup. Even when asking at the drive thru window. Either lazy or whoever prepares the orders has mental disabilities that hinder a simple instruction.

On September 30,2023I went to McDonald's in Eatontown And ordered some food within 2 minutes the order was done. I said wow that was too quick I opened the bag and inspected the food and everything was extremely cold I asked the associate can I please have freshly made food because it wasn't cold. She gave me such a nasty look and snatched the bag away she returned with still cold food with the fries lightly warm. The cashier never asked me if I had a phone number or rewards scan. I ended up wasting my money threw the food away. Customer service awful and the food is not freshly made to order. NEVER AGAIN waist my time energy and money on McDonald's in Eatontown. Awful and horrible
I left a review and it was deleted.Today I ordered 3× 6 piece bundles and a cheeseburger bundle..When I get to the window the food is crammed into a small bag.I asked for BBQ .She stated 3 bbqs in the bag .I said it's 1 sauce for a 4 piece correct ? , I got 18 nuggets . She started getting an attitude , louder and ruder. I asked to speak to the manager , to which she replied in a demeaning manner she was the manager.To which I stated they must be coming straight out your check. I gave her .75 for 3 sauce she stated it's .80 with the tax . I place a nickle on the window frame and it made noise as metal does. She got mad and slammed 3 bbqs into my hand making one pop all over my hand and my car. She closed the window and refused to give me another sauce that I had already paid for.As a manager you should never treat anyone like this especially over BBQ. Managers are supposed to deescalateThe issue and work to maintain customer satisfaction .I agree with the previous review a stranger left.Jessica and Martha should be fired.I don't agree with people fighting at the drive through window but I can easily see how it happened. She pushed my buttons and I almost became one of those people. If this happens at this location I hope I get to see it.

How rude! Called this morning twice just to have someone pick the phone up both times and just hang up! And that’s not the first time. Food ok. Drive 5 mins to Ocean you’ll receive respect and good food!

I was traveling from out of town and hungry. From being in line thru the drive thru to then experiencing complications with their outside menu, the person taking my order was rude!! Very rude!! Nasty attitude. After making my payment and getting my order I clearly asked if everything I ordered for myself and my passengers were in the bag. Her response...Yes..I drive off considering I had another hour to get home to only realize my order was I complete. No straws for my drinks, no napkins or sauces and Missing 2 items from my order. I know for sure I will never go there again.Customer Service staff need to consider that customer coming thru their drivethru window can be coming from long distance and should approach all customers with respect and kindness. Otherwise, they do not belong in that position.

As everything else McDonald's has changed. It's food still tastes the same though burgers seem to be very thin. Fries are extremely thin. Chicken nuggets are thin. It seems we're getting less for our money, maybe even more money. It seems everywhere prices have gone up but quality has gone down.Vote Republican. The economy will boom AGAIN-!!!We use drive through. Never have a problem.
