This is new to the area by my office. I have been here several times and it is hit or miss on the food. The popular items are always cooked fresh since they run out quite often of the orange chicken and Beijing beef as well as the lo mien so be ready to wait and the quality will depend on who is making it The prices are great and the staff over friendly. I would suggest this restaurant if your are looking for Asian type food in the area

disappointed after trying panda for the first time. i ordered beef and broccoli and got broccoli and beef instead. literally counted 3 small pieces of beef and definitely not worth the taste or price of a plate (2 entree, 1 side. i don't need to try panda again.

The food is always hot and fresh. The veggies are tender with a slight crisps. Best part is their team. I order from here once or twice a week for lunch. Jayla is amazing always sweet and attentive. Their store manager Veronica is super friendly and runs a well oiled ship. All in all great place for a quick healthier alternative to fast food.

I have never wrote a review before but this service was crazy bad, the worker that was serving food around 12:30 with glasses was super rude and looked like he did not want to be there, asked me what I was having and I told him politely a few times both times he just stared at me until I matched his energy he didn't want to check me out the register anymore had me waiting to pay. The food was stale and cold, for my first time going there definitely wouldn't go back, SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND GO TO THE MALL CHINESE FOOD.

The service was very poor, and the orders took an unexpectedly long time to be ready. As someone with a busy schedule, this was quite inconvenient. I ordered delivery and they missed an item in my order that was 11.40 plus tax. I called immediately upon receiving my order to inform them that I was missing an item. They said they would refund me and today I get an email stating that they refunded me 4.58. These people are thieves and con artists. Do not order from here! For that reason alone I will never order from this company again they are scammers.

Customer service sucks. They will have you stand and wait for minutes simply because they talk to each other, also without offering you a drink or asking questions they should normally ask. I just wasted my whole lunch break like that and didn't get my food. The worst part is that many employees saw it, no one cared, and didn't even want to say sorry for the wait. It's a new place that needs to be looking for better employees.
I was craving Panda Express, the hours of operations say they open at 10:30 got here after my appointment at 11 and the doors were locked with the staff inside just staring at me. This is unacceptable and ridiculous and not right what so ever. Definitely won’t see my business or money into your company ever
