Was at eatontown location today … man this thing really went downhill ?Few tables , slow service ( 1 waitresses only) food with no presentation for $135 dinner . I may be back in 20 years . Shame, this place was awesome in the early 2000’

If I could give it 0 I would. Everytime I order online I get whatever and not what I ordered. I paid for sides that cost extra, I get basic sides and no refund. I order ribs I get whatever tough flavor they want to give me. This has happened several times and I try to give the benefit of doubt, but no more. I spent $45 on food I can't even eat. They don't notify you or care if you have food allergies. This restaurant is usually a ghost town and not packed like it used to be and the service is the reason. I wouldn't be surprised if they went the same way as Joe's Crabshack or Red Lobster.Dietary restrictions: They don't care. They will give you what they think you should have and not what you ordered.

I like coming to this place but, today they were really busy and that's fine but, they had us sitting waiting while the place was freezing we ask it they could turn on the heat and they said yes but, they never did. If we have to wait, we should be comfortable. Today was terrible

I've already eaten at TJI and ordered delivery, but honestly?! Disappointed both ways, it's not worth the experience! Bad service, extremely cold , raw food, disproportionate portions! I don't recommend this place!

*WARNING TO FOOD DELIVERY DRIVERS* This place has sucked for years as a delivery driver, but tonight it took one of the kitchen workers that were cleaning up (had nothing to do with my order) to signal me to get closer into the kitchen to get the attention of the guy who is sitting on his phone with his headphones with all of the to go orders sitting next to him, instead of putting them out where they’re supposed to go out for delivery drivers. This place needs to hire new workers IMMEDIATELY.

Try the big af burger, the cheesesteak burger was tasty, cooked right and the the topper was delicious. The family had a great time, service was very good as our server Khalil was attentive, checked on us often.

Went for late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Dead as a door knob. Really slow service, with only 1 person on the floor - bartender/waitress/bus person. 3 other couples walked in, were seated, and then walked out due to slow service.Food was subpar at best. It's not the same old TGIFridays.End of the road for this restuarant.

I went there with my family on Wednesday 8/23/23 for dinner. My total bill was $72.85 I tipped our server Khalil $20 in cash and paid with my debit card. When the payment posted today 8/26/23 there was an extra $10 charge so the total came to $82.85 not the $72.85 I have on my copy of the receipt. If you're paying with a debit or credit card and tipping in cash, keep your receipt and write in the tip line cash. I will be calling management when they open today. And also calling my bank. It's not about the $10 its about the thievery. I really liked the server Khalil and so did my family. So I'm highly upset this happened.

The most god-awful place to order food for delivery. Tried to talk to the manager to refund $3.67 for the damn freaking soda they forgot. That manager is horrible. She is mean and doesn't care and she won't refund my money. Don't ever order food from this place for delivery. If I could rate zero Stars I would. With tip, I spent over $150.
