I was having a bad day and coming to this Wendy’s changed everything. The cashier was as kind and friendly as a person can be, and used regulars by their names for pickup regulars. The same person came by and did a quality check on how everything was. Her authenticity was so refreshing. In addition to the amazing service, the food was perfect and the place was spotless.

This place is such a dump. My baconator burger was literally raw in the center. I will NEVER again eat from here or any other Wendy's!! Horrible workers make horrible food!!! #GROSS??

The place is always closed to guests. You can't get in. The staff is horrible, they don't treat me as a client, but as if I were their worst enemy. Food is cooked for a long time, waiting on average 15 minutes. The order can be picked up only by car. This is not the first time Wendy's has disappointed me like

Usually Wendy’s is on the money but this location hasn’t figured it out yet. First, it took a team of workers to find my mobile order. No problem, things happen. Next, they didn’t have sugar for my coffee. Ok, maybe I’ll overlook that. However the coffee they did finally give me was a small which would have been fine if I hadn’t already paid for a medium. I’ll stick to my normal location from now on.

Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Nuggets and a Coke with no ice. Received and paid for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Nuggets, Dr. Pepper with ice and a Vanilla Frosty w/Strawberry Frosty listed on the reciept.No organization and doesn't pay attention.

Their food is good. The service, it's ok. Had an issue at the drive thru. A lot of the time if you request items added, they must don't add. I haven't been inside to get an idea as to the atmosphere.

The dining room was closed at 8:15 on a Saturday night. I just don't understand why I can't sit down to eat my food and use the restroom. I had to walk all the way over to Wawa and back to use the restroom just to eat my food in my car.Wendy's needs to have their dining room open. That's the main reason I pay basically $50 for a cheeseburger like I do.
