This was hands down the worst “fine dining experience” I’ve ever had. Food is over priced. Took 30 mins for each course. (Salad, pasta, seafood), owner is extremely rude and tasteless. Waitstaff seemed to have no idea what’s going on, chefs were screaming and fighting

It was Mother's Day and although packed the GM Buddy did everything to make it a great dining experience! Even gave us complimentary dessert! Don't be in a hurry as food is made to order and fresh. Will be back!!

Our food was very good, but the portions were a bit small and a bit pricey. Our service was awful, but it was Mother's Day and they had a table of 25 to deal with and only 2 waiters and 2 bus people for the whole restaurant. We will give them another try (not on a holiday) because we enjoyed the food. Please note, the restaurant entrance is difficult to find, as it's in an apartment complex with no signage. Call ahead to get specific directions.

Bianco Blu was the perfect place to celebrate my friend's Birthday! The restaurant is stunning, the food and drinks were incredible and the service even better. This place deserves a michelin star! Thank you Bianco Blu for making my friend's Birthday so memorable! Looking forward to coming back regularly and ordering my new favorite dish, the Alaskan king salmon!

I'll start by saying that this place had mostly great food and a lot of potential, but there are some major kinks to be worked out. It is not easy to find the place and they desperately need a sign that specifies which spots to park in. The restaurant space is beautiful, but some of the decor looks a little 90's. The food was great for the most part (aside from the stale bread they brought us) and our waiter was friendly. Oddly, they didn't have a wine list and one of the waitstaff recommended a bottle that I luckily asked the price of right before he opened it - $120 and he seemed surprised when I said we'd get the house red instead. A few minutes later a different guy asked if we'd like a prosciutto appetizer and I was sketched out enough by the wine incident to say no (was it free?). The menu had some good options but I'm not sure why they opted for nearly all seafood appetizers. My husband ordered the salmon special which was great, until we saw the bill and realized it was $46. We also ordered a tiramisu that needed about three times as much mascarpone and coffee...it was dry as hell. By the time we finished dessert our poor waiter was serving a bachelorette party and another large group with little support from the other waitstaff who circled past us for 20 min without saying anything as we waited for our check. I give 3 stars because it's tough being a restaurant during COVID and I would consider giving them another shot.

Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday and i give this place an A++! Overall, the atmosphere was very cozy and spacious (they were limiting the amount of reservation due to COVID-19 restriction and parties/events). All of us ordered the seasonal cocktail called "Edgewater Socialite" and it was absolutely delicious! We ordered the Caprese Salad with prosciutto added on (yum!) as an appetizer. Combination of EVOO and pepper with basil was absolute perfection (i'm not a huge fan of tomatoes, but was able to eat the entire dish, so you know it's good lol). As for the Entrees, i ordered the chicken piccata, while my friends ordered the salmon and pasta. We sampled each other's dishes and they all tasted amazing! You can really tell the chef puts a lot of effort into each dish, which i appreciate as a customer. Finally, the owner gave us complimentary glass of champagne and dessert to celebrate, which was very sweet of him. One thing to keep in mind is that parking may be a bit confusing (since it's technically connected to an apartment complex). Just park in any spot ranging from 1-60 and you should be good! Also, there's a staircase that leads to the restaurant from the back, which is how we entered (there's also an entrance in the front as well). I give this place a HUGE thumbs up and highly recommend, whether it's with a small group of people or as a party/event you're looking to host. Will definitely be coming back again :)

Birthday celebration. Hard to find the restaurant. Signage really poor almost non existent. May be why we were the only 4 people there although when we left we saw two others. We were catered to very nicely. Restaurant would be great for a large celebration. Has a catering hall feeling. Food was good.

Had dinner here last night and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff was very attentive and there’s truly nothing I can complain about. From the drinks to our entrees and dessert truly amazing. I will certainly be coming back and will recommend to all.

This place was so hard to find. When we arrived the place was empty. Wine list on line was not available. Waiter brought over two bottles, the Josh Cabernet was $75, the other bottle I could not recognize the name was over $150. Those were the choices. We paid for the water bottle and left. If I could rate it less than one star I would.

We truly enjoyed our dining experience last evening. The personal, friendly and attentive wait staff was impressive. The food was fantastic and David, the owner was very accommodating. We plan to return with a wedding rehearsal dinner party soon. Thank you Bianco Blu for a very memorable evening. I highly recommend this amazing restaurant.

This is one of the best places I went to... I highly recommend going there If you can't make it to Italy... the vibe is amazing, the music takes to a different world, the servers are the best, food was so good. ????

I am in complete disbelief that this place has any good reviews. We went on valentines day and this completely ruined the night not only ours but I'm 100% sure of everyone else that night. The service was horendous! The food tasted old and the presentation was blan..... I love edgewater area for some dining, so go anywhere but here. SAVE YOURSELVES

I went on Valentine's day and had such a great experience. The manager, Buddy was an absolute saint and our food was delicious. The wait was a little longer but it was Valentine's Day so this is to be expected. But how they handled the rush was great. So accommodating and lovely. And the branzino was delicious!

Had dinner last night at Biancoblu and I can't remember last time I had such good Italian meal! The menu selection was wide and they had plenty of special to chose from. Will definitely be back soon!

Super slow service was probably the most annoying part of dinner at BB. For some reason it seemed like the approximately 6 servers they had on th e floor couldn't properly manage the twenty-something tables they were supposed to wait in. There was a lot of scurrying back and forth, dropping things on the floor, waiters bumping into each other and customers leaving angrily. While I was waiting outside to be seated, I saw at least 2 couples leaving and saying they would never come back here -- that should have been my cue to cancel my reservation -- but I was hoping the couples were overreacting. Once seated, we had some bread in a basket on the table but it was cold(not sure if it's suppose to be warm but I definitely prefer restaurants with warm bread). I was waited by 3 different people and I think that is one source of the confusion. One of them was the floor manager and he asked me if I would like a drink while I waited for my food and I asked to see a drink menu first as I didn't want to guess egwu cocktails they did/didn't have but he never came back and kept avoiding locking eyes with me all night. I wanted to have the filet mignon but it was out of stock, so I settled with the Pollo piccata which took a very long time (north of 40 minutes) to come out. The food itself was okay, wasn't exciting or mouth watering but it wasn't horrible except the chicken had a femur bone in it and the menu said the pollo picante was chicken breasts. The plate my partner was served in had a Crack running through the middle. At different points in the night I'd hear the head waiter screaming things to her staff such as " I need this table cleared for a party of 4 por favor!" which certainly took away from the ambience. In summary, I won't be coming back here anytime soon.
