I ordered food on the app to be picked at 1:20 pm. I arrived shortly before the pick up time. The cashier looked for my order and couldn’t find it. I showed him my confirmation email and someone else came to speak to me. This person told me a lady had already come to pick up my food. I said that was impossible because i was there to pick up my food. Instead of offering fix their mistake by remaking my food, he told me to ask the app for a refund. This location is always messing up mobile orders. Do better!!!

I have to say if there was a zero stars option that’s what I would choose. I live in Edgewater and have been going to this establishment for years and I am not sure if there are new management involved but you can tell that something is off. The servers are absolutely rude and you can tell they don’t want to be there. They also give customers serving size like there is a food shortage and when you ask for a little bit more meat, you get an attitude. Being once a server myself, this is so disappointing

Disgusting. Dirty, rude staff, this chipotle used to be maintained but now it is at a point where it needs a complete reset in staff, management & something changed and not for the better.

Been coming here for years and unsure if this is under new management but the employees are rude and the place has become unkept and really dirty. The servers give you less food and their entire demeanor is about them hating their jobs and not wanting to be there. Last few times the tables were nasty and the floor was dirty and we were there at off peak times. Hope they fix this specially about training or replacing the employees
