Overall, an enjoyable restaurant that serves good food and has friendly accommodating Service. We go there often and enjoy the Friday night entertainment. We give it a very high recommendation.

Absolutely delicious! Came here for our first time with a party of four. We all ordered different entrees (whole branzino, duck fried rice, short ribs and the snapper special), along with two appetizers (crispy rice sushi and duck tacos). Plus drinks and dessert. We all cleaned our plates! Every single item, down to the sides, tasted exactly as you hoped it would when you ordered it, but better. Truly a perfect meal. Plus, the staff was super friendly and attentive without being too much. We will be back soon!

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to come here. I read all the reviews and they were right. This place is a hidden gem. Our server Camilla was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and personable. The food was amazing. We had the short ribs appetizers. The meat literally fell off the bone. And the seasoning was impeccable. I ordered the oxtail risotto with the tostones. The oxtails were so tender. The risotto was creamy. The tostones and the sauce were amazing. My husband ordered the chicken with jasmine rice and garlic mashed potatoes. He enjoyed his meal. The chicken was very juicy. We drive one hour and 5 minutes to get here and it was definitely worth it. We will be back ???

All the food we had was very tasty and the drinks were also good! We came on Friday and had live music with a live tap dancer as well which was a fun experience. The spot is very cozy and has nothing but good vibes. Would highly recommend, I know I'm definitely going back!

This place is 10/10. The service? Perfection. The food? Exquisite. The ambience? Top tier. I will absolutely be returning. Run - don't walk - to this place. They made my birthday feel magical and my family feel welcomed. Thank you again!

I have to say first and foremost that the food here is amazing. The chef is artistic in his food presentation and the flavors are perfectly balanced. They would be better off providing more descriptions of the dishes on the menu. For example I had the salmon on a bed of puree, I think it was sweet potato. It was also on a bed of spinach. Which worked perfectly together but, it would have been best to mention it on the menu. They would have more customers interested in the dishes. Service was very good, our waitress Camilla was extremely nice and attentive. The music playing was a bit loud and kinda killing the atmosphere of a great eating experience. Please note it's BYOB, which NJ is notorious for nit giving out so easily. They do have mock-tails which were well done.

A little gem in a corner!! Food was amazing. We tried several different appetizers and entrees and couldn't tell which one was better!! We would definitely be going back soon.

I do not understand why this place isn't packed every time I am there. The food is divine, the vibe is pristine and chill - especially now with the warmer weather, it just screams summer, and the staff are incredible. It's not cheap but the food is super quality and they officially have alcohol in the menu - which may make it more attractive - we've gone there about 4 times over the last year and it's always good. We've had the same waitress the last two times and she is such a gem - I wish I had gotten her name this time - we were celebrating the 17 year old getting her drivers license and she was so funny telling us her experiences. We were licking our plates clean! The ribs, the Thai salad, the hummus, the tuna tartare, the tostones, and of course the chocolate flower pot...run, don't walk to Terravita!!!!

Everything tasted great. I had the Thai salad with salmon. The waitress wrote dressing on the side, but what came out was extra dressing on the side. The salad was clearly already dressed, it tasted wonderful, though and I did not send it back. The wagyu burger was disappointing for the price - would skip that. The Lobster and ravioli was also very good. Desserts were also wonderul and the Tuna tartare appetizer. Portion sizes are reasonable, not large, so you may need appetizers/salad or extra sides to feel full, even if you are not looking to overeat.

We're locals to the restaurant and have been there several times in the last few months. Food, service and ambience doesn't disappoint! Always yummy!!! We'll keep coming back!! So thankful to have a cool restaurant to dine at!

Pleasantly surprised with this restaurant . The food is presented beautifully and excellent taste! It was a very nice dining experience . The service was good. There was only 3 other tables so it was a slow night. I would absolutely go back. Really liked it!

Terravita is a welcome addition to the Edgewater dining scene. The chef offers traditional dishes such as skirt steak and Waygu burgers. But also he is inventive. We love the Thai salad, the pasta choices, the appetizers and the Tree of Life dessert. It is a byob. So the dinner bill is very reasonable for such fine dining.

A tad bit pricey for the meals. The octopus was dry. Our server was great, the runner needs a bit of training, but in time I am sure he will be just fine. The desserts seem fun - I didn't have any but the next table had some. Overall it was a delight!!!

Food was excellent and we had a large group. Everyone was very satisfied with their meals. Servings are fairly priced but very small. I recommend ordering l individual appetizers for each person. If you share you'll leave hungry.

Terravita in Edgewater is a very cute spot, perfect for brunch or a date! The team did a great job creating a beautiful & comforting ambience for both indoor & outdoor seating. The servers were very nice & generally attentive but they could use one or two more. There were a lot of people who seemed like employees at the bar but only one server that actually waited on the tables. The food came quickly, was plated beautifully, and tasted great! However, the price points at this restaurant doesn't seem to align to the actual dishes. There is an expectation to pay at a higher range when eating at a nice restaurant in this area but it's almost a little bizarre. Upwards of $26 for a brunch plate that is not filling, does not contain special or particularly expensive ingredients, and is not 'unique' in any way just comes off as a restaurant that is taking advantage of customers' willingness to pay more. Overall, I enjoyed my experience but I don't think I would ever find myself here casually and I would always mention the price point when recommending to a friend.
