The kitchen’s ventilation system is so old that I can’t sleep at night because of its noise. The restaurant owner is quite insensitive about this issue. Even though I called and complained about this several times, She did not listen to me. Please repair your ventilation system.

This place used to be good. Now the food is bland and overpriced.
The food was good, but the portions were absolutely tiny.We ordered 3 lunch specials $13-15 each.The chicken stirfry was the worst, just puny. It was all rice.The curry had barely anything in it, just a few morsels of meat.I guess the pad thai wasn't too horrible - it actually had 4 shrimps in it.But we were all hungry afterwards.

This is the best Thai food ever! I tried the Chicken Madness and my girlfriend got the Cashew nut vegan duck. it was delicious. we were so impressed with the food. I will definitely be back!

River Thai is hands down the worst Thai restaurant I have ever ordered from. The customer service was horrible when I reached out to get an issue resolved. The manner and tone in which the associate at the front desk used, was absolutely despicable. When I told the woman at the front desk I wouldn’t be returning, she said she did not care. They do not value the customers at this establishment. I will never recommend river Thai to any family or friends. My food was both slimy and sour in taste, feel free to order at your own risk but you have been warned.
insubordination and Employees must treat all people with courtesy and respect, and maintain a positive attitude, at all times and under all circumstances And Employees must demonstrate 100% honesty, and act with integrity, at all times without exception. That was not the case and am really disappointed.
