I’m a serial noodle eater and I have to say… the beef udon 10/10 so good. I’ve been to many ramen houses and noodleHouses and I have never had anything like this before. I got the beef udon. The flavor was so strong it’s was very beefy you can tell the elements in the noodle had a purpose. They have Very nice workers and I wish they had a spot like this in myArea . The best I ever had . And it’s cheap too- the average noodle bowl is $13-20 while I only Paid 11 for this. Great prices great food great workers !I’d come here again 10/10

I was loving their pork curry cutlets. Order it every time. How ever today I saw there is no egg came with it. So I asked them. The lady who was helping with ordering told me they don't have eggs today. so I asked her why it still charged me the same amount of money and no one told me upfront. It's not my problem. She kept asking me to call her manager. I asked her to refund my whole order cause I am not buying it and then ordered from somewhere else. The whole experience was unpleasant.

A favorite mostly because of their beef udon noodles. Menu is fairly no frills and wait time is never too long (note the booth next door is always super long and I don't necessarily think it's because the food is better). As you would anytime you're dining at Mitsuwa, suggest you have one person go place the food order while the other person surveys the dining area for seats. It's always a struggle to find a spot to settle into after you get your food.

Taste is ok. No hospitality except one Japanese lady. Most of Hispanic worker is unfriendly and not helpful. If there are other choice, I will not

Stopped in around 5pm after returning from an our off state vacation. We saw that there was no line here and decided to order here. Noticed that they changed their payment from cash only to now accepting credit cards. Ordering was simple, food was made after around 5 minutes. Food was hot and good.

Extemely below average food. We were very surprised to find bad food inside a well-renowned japanese supermarket. We got the cheese katsu set and the curry udon noodles. The cheese katsu had too much cheese and not enough meat. Even when I separated out the cheese from the meat, it was still quite tasteless and bland. The curry udon had a tasty broth but was very very thin like water which was not to our liking. Service was attentive and fast at least. And the ambiance was food court style but on a slightly nicer end of the spectrum. Next time we come back to the japanese supermarket, we'll be trying other food places.

Ordered pork katsudon as takeout but they didn't tell me that they didn't have their usual container. Even worse, it didn't have the breading.

It is cafeteria style good food with restaurant price. The portion is a little small but it is quality. You may find the pork cutlet a little light on seasoning but I guess it depends on your preference. You order at the counter, get a number and they call you when the food is ready.

Katsu, udon, curry place in the food court of Mitsuwa NJ. Katsu was decent. Definitely will go back for the Udon. I love the texture of the udon noodles from this place!

Came back to try the katsu curry. I had the pork cutlet curry rice and added on a potato mozzarella kdog. I've had better curry rice with cutlet, but this place still satisfies and it is very filling. The kdog was pretty good too.I saw to-go orders coming out for Tsujita, a new hand roll sushi place, but I didn't see a sign if we could order that from this vendor also. It was showing up on a big TV screen next to the pickup counter. I am curious to try it, but wherever it is, it needs more signage.

Tasty inexpensive food location in Mitsuwa. The food came out pretty quickly (~10min) just noting that the seating area is a bit chaotic and it is self serve if you're going on a weekend which is expected. This place seems to specialize in fried meats so it was no surprise the meat was cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed my pork curry cutlet dish it was flavorful and crunchy. The boiled pork dish was interesting, it was slightly sweet and since it's boiled the batter is moist. The only complaint I have is that I was they incorporated more veggies in their dishes but that's just personal preference.
