It’s so funny, the owner of this shop waved to you when he saw you were Chinese from a distance. Since we are fellow countrymen, he tried it and ordered a wonton noodle???. As a result, my family ?the wontons would be better off without them. Okay? Now that it's like this, the chicken inside still looks like cat food?I don't trust my fellow countrymen casually anymore hehe?????????

Service is super quick. Food is decent. Orange chicken is hit or miss at this spot. The chicken seems a bit off for the orange chicken (weirdly spongy and chewy) The spicy chicken is great. They seem to be using real chicken for this dish along with a few vegetables. Go for the lo mein or plain white rice. Fried rice is horrible and has no flavor at all. $15 for one combo plate is very high priced in my opinion for the quality and taste of the food. I’d pay $8-$10 max for it. Lack of vegetarian options as well.

If I could give them negative stars I would they gave us undercooked noodles that were so dry no matter how much sauce I put my mouth was still as dry as the desert from the noodles.

If there would be zero stars I would give it to them . I went today and got Lo mein with orange chicken and there was a piece of hair in my food it wasn’t my hair because I have blonde hair it was a small black hair it had to of been one of the workers . Wasted $19.00 . I felt disgusted will never go back there again !

Staff were very nice! We got our food and everything handled in a great amount of time. Only complaint is that the lo mein wasn’t very saucey at all.. it was almost completely plain egg noodles. I had to throw away..

I was in line waiting to order and I seen a huge rat in the back where the food was being prepared. I spoke to the mall management and explained what I seen. FutureDiners beware.

Nicely located in menlo mall. There are many options to choose from , and I chose to eat Chinese food... A perfect MALL kinda food. Average taste . The sesame chicken was almost tasting like a dessert . Tooooooo sweet ! And then spicy chicken was really dry and tasted OK. Fried rice was good . Quantity was large but taste wasn't that good. Service was quick . Lots of tables to sit inside the mall. average experience overall.

There is honestly nothing like it when going to a local mall food court and grabbing some pretty decent Chinese food. It's usually filled with love and flavor which is DEFINITELY needed after a constantly walking around the mall and just doing some much needed shopping. However, I am absolutely NOT impressed at all. Looks are very important and they are 100% deceiving to the eye. If only sight can grant you taste because the food itself was extremely bland and unforgiving. I ordered the 2 meal combo with a side of Lo Mein. I chose the Bourbon Chicken and the Spicy Chicken. The Bourbon Chicken was boring and the Spicy Chicken was just NOT Spicy. However the biggest sin is the Lo Meijer. WHERE was the seasoning? I've had healthier noodles that actually had flavor. This has NO FLAVOR. Such a shame because the service was actually decent, the kind I am used to. You need BOTH decent service as well as amazing FLAVORFUL food. Unfortunately, Asian Chao only got one of the two right. I hope they improve moving forward.

We enjoy to go out. Yesterday we came to this delicious restaurant which friends told us about. We spent a delightful time there with first-rate food and a well-trained crew and a talented cuisine. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we will no doubt return very soon. We highly recommend.
