"Wok Hei" translates to "breath of the wok." It's something that I look for when eating at Chinese restaurants - and this place has it! It's the smoky flavor that comes only from using jet engine burners, a scorching wok, and a good wok-flipping wrist - it's difficult to replicate at home as 99.9% of home kitchens don't have this kind of burner power. Give it a try to see what I mean! I ordered the General Tso's Tofu, for reference.
Fast. Priced reasonably. Good. Generally the type of fare you'd expect from an American Chinese take-out.Their fried rice has more bean sprouts than most places. Which I enjoy. Unfortunately less onions and pork (for pork fried rice).Regardless a good experience all around, consistently.

Pretty good, standard American Chinese food. Portions similar to everywhere else. Will be the place we go to now since the last place changed management and quality. We split a sesame chicken and egg roll. The sauce was pretty good, sweet, and some pieces were a little chewier than others, but no complaints. The egg roll and white rice tastes like everywhere else. If you're not too picky, give it a try. We're going to try other items next tome too to see. Eating out is expensive...read full review
