Shari, the manager, was CARING, SINCERE, very helpful and quick! Not one time did I feel as if I was an inconvenience to her in spite of the place being packed on a mid day Saturday as it was. I even observed her interactions with her team, and her attributes carried over to them in my presence. That certainly impressed me as a regional manager myself. My grandkids had a blast! I could not let another moment pass without publicly thanking Matt (manager/owner) for his kindness and over the top customer service yesterday. I arrived at the location prepared for a party of 20 plus kids and 20 adults, only to realize I booked the party for the 26th and not the 25th. To make matters worse, the party section was completely booked. This is a great place to go to entertain the little ones. The food used to be delicious. However, something has changed within the five years.
