Dunkin' Donuts in Edison

“From the outside this place looks like it is falling apart but I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside to see a very clean and upkept looking dunkin establishment. Staff was all super friendly and nice. And food was made quick. Sandwich came out great and my matcha was mixed very well so there was no power all clumped up at the bottom like how some locations do it. Very glad I did not judge a book by its cover and chose to get lunch here. Wonderful experience, will be coming back again.“

“I’ve been to many Dunkin’ locations but this location so far is the best one out of all of them. The coffee is always strong, the crew is very friendly, hardworking, the store is always clean. Everything always is spot on. The team does a great job with delivering your order with not just a smile but with accuracy and in a timely manner. Thank you guys really, for all you do. 🫶“

“Visit was good. Walked in and ordered a sandwich. No complaints but haven't ordered much from here, only when passing through onto 287.Sandwich order was correct. Will come again.Fyi, drive thru gets backed up fast, better to walk in and order real quick. If you have the app, even better. Also they have free wifi in this location if you decide to eat in.“

“This Dunkin’ location is consistently great. The staff is friendly, the drive thru moves fast even during morning rush,and my order is always right. The coffee and donuts I are fresh every time, and the store is clean and well run. Definitely one of the best Dunkin’ shops in the area. I will go out of my way to go there rather than other local locations as I have not gotten the same dependable freshness elsewhere.“

“This is the best dunkin in edison. Edward is always so sweet and so are all the drive thru workers. Anytime I go to a different dunkin I get disappointed and say to myself this is why I only go to the dunkin on 27!! Their coffee is never watered down either like some dunkins are!“

“this was my first time going to this location & honestly my experience was terrible. while I was placing my order the lady was on her phone not paying attention which caused her to ring in my order wrong . I asked for a caramel ice coffee with sugar & extra caramel…& a croissant toasted with butter. never even got the croissant. The other lady handed me my drink I said this is not what I wanted…then she gave me another drink which was still wrong but I decided to leave it alone. Then I asked her where is my croissant & it never got rang in.“

“It’s a fine Dunkin’, nothing special, but not bad. Only issue I have, Please stop trying to sell me the 25 munchkins!!!! 25 is 8.99, 10 is 3.29. Each time I ordered 2 orders of 10 munchkins, I would be told get the 25 because it’s the same price.NO it’s not. 9-6.50 makes 2.50 for the last five. So. It’s actually more when you order 25. I’m really ok with how they price things, but seriously being lie to each time I come in is too much. Stop it.“

“I had a great experience at this Dunkin location this morning! Everyone at this location were incredibly kind, efficient, and they warmed up everything for me even though I was late for picking up my mobile order (which they were also really understanding about). I am blown away by their customer service, and am so thankful for how they handled my situation. Top-notch people, food, and coffee!“

“Drive thru on Sunday afternoon, and the drive through attendant did not put the cap on tight, handed me the coffee, and it spilt half the contents into my car center console, next to my passenger. I was furious, and cursed out the attendant. went in got lots of extra napkins and had to sop up the mess in my car; went in and asked for replacement coffee, which they gave. I would give a one start review for the poor service. But, through my anger, I delivered enough curses, loudly, which I am not proud of, but lost my temper, to more than make up for the bad service. Therefore, in compensation, I give 5 stars.“

“People working at this place clearly hate their job but the flavor of the donuts and drinks are pretty good. Only major complaint is that I got a small drink and half the cup is air. Where’s my drink lmao, I’m paying $6 for a shot of espresso and a pinch of milk. The atmosphere is great though if you want to sit down and eat or study in the shop.“

“Sometimes they get really busy during the early morning rush but, Their staff does a great job! Passion is awesome and, makes the coffee & drinks perfect. There staff is awesome and, I highly recommend if your in the area and, need a quick coffee or breakfast“
