The staff is sooo rude, no manners, and doesn't know how to talk to customers. I've ordered a coffee with less ice. I ordered a coffee with less ice but the coffee is full of ice. I asked them to remove the ice but they refused to do it and responded rudely. I don't recommend this location. Worst DD ever.

Most arrogant staff you could ever get. We ordered a Macha Caffe and realized the milk was bad in it, when we came home the latte tasted sour. We went back again to tell them the latter tasted sour the staff said, it cannot be there are several customers and nobody complained. My wife aked her politely to taste the latte, because there is no other way to prove this. The staff started arrogantly proving there point that everything is always good. we surely did not go all the way back to return a latte. the point was if there is something that is not right then we have to report. The staff was so arrogant, they treat customers very very rudely. Never visit this Dunkin.

very bad service, the cashier was racist and didn't want to give me my drink the way I asked for it, she took the order well but she didn't say anything, very bad without anything with what I ordered with American people, she was very attentive and made me look very bad, I won't be coming back

On the side butter has broken seal. Lady making the begal realized it but still gave the bad or expired butter to me!!! When I complaint - had to face the attitude in the morning to get a replacement. I wanted them to discard the butter box for benefits of other customers - no action taken. Last time here! Owner take action!

Atrocious customer service! Unsanitary store. Asked for key to restroom, got a speech about making sure I left it clean. Went in there and it was disgusting! (sink, toilet, & floor) Had to clean and lay tp down before I used the facilities. Returned key afterwards and was asked several times if I was sure I left it clean. Will never visit this store again!Coffee ok.

I came back to this store in 2023, apparently, I realized that 7 years back I had a similar experience. I came to order coffee and Donuts for my kids, and when I asked about a $1 donut deal with coffee a lady named Parul (STORE MANAGER) was rude and was trying to rush me into it. I let it go, but when I tapped my card it didn't go through instead of providing customer service she silently commented to her colleague "This guy is taking an hour", I overheard it and expressed my displeasure right away. She wasn't even sorry for her behavior. Whoever is the owner of this store can you please take note of this behavior? I have been to many Dunkin Donuts over the last decade and never had such a horrible experience before.

I was there to buy a medium ice tea. Went out and 5 mts later realized that the cup was leaking.They refused to replace it. And refused to accept the cracked leaking cup.Terrible customer service
