Been here twice in the last week, both times my order was wrong. Used the app and ordered a nitro with cold foam. Got an iced coffee (see picture). The other time I ordered a cold brew at the drive through. After waiting 13 minutes at the windows. The staff let me know that they are in the process of making a fresh batch. At that time I knew the order was going to be wrong> Cold brew coffee and not be made on demand unless they are using concentrate. Once agin they gave me ice coffee and not what I ordered. I am done with this store.

Ever since they recently redid this location they’ve been having a problem with the Dunkin app and this is the second time that I’ve had a walk out and not get the coffee. I want there because the new workers don’t know how to do their job.

Friendly staff, one of the better DDs in the area for coffee quality, and they have a drive thru. Recently remodeled too!Wheelchair accessibility: fully accessible with ramps, van access parking, wheelchair-ready tables. Door needs a pull though, not automatic.

This place is horrible the food is disgusting. I always try to give it a second chance or a couple more and it’s consistently garbage. They microwave bagels and everything comes out wet. The service is obviously awful as well everyone in this place looks like they want to end their lives !! Thanks for reading !!

I'm sorry to say that after boycotting this particular DD because of poor service , no ambience & poor quality for 1 year.... nothing has changed. lobby is cold & unwelcoming& not that clean . I ordered a small black coffee & that said they had no small cups, so I ordered a medium. I got it with cream(!!!!!) really!!!!

This is not the first or second time they messed up when I order thru the drive thru but this will be the last. I ordered a egg & cheese on a croissant. Stupid me I didn't check to make sure it was right before I left but they gave me a bacon egg and cheese. It is against my religion to eat bacon, but if I was a vegetarian or allergic to bacon it's still a huge issue. I will make sure to go to another DD since they are all over the place
