someone at this dunkin’ donuts wants me DEAD. for the past several times i’ve ordered the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich with no cheese PLEASE!!! when i receive the sandwich, to my surprise each time there is in fact cheese. i am always very polite and i will continue to be. but whoever you are…. what did i ever do to you? the staff is always very nice but i fear… someone has it out for me. other than that my latte is always delish. ?

Horrible service . I order the same thing almost everyday and one particular day my coffee came out looking odd I explained this after they ignored me at the counter for 5 minutes and they told me it all of sudden a light and sweet requires 4 cream not the 3 I get every other day .

The place is very corrupt I I was givin a sandwich missing it's other half when I presented it to the manager he directed the guy that messed up on it to fix it than the guy made the sandwich very sloppy on purpose because I pointed out his mistake he than tries to argue with me saying I ordered it wrong and I had to order it with two pieces of bread I've been ordering the same sandwich for months and I was never handed an unfinished sandwich he was trying to tell me I was wrong these people are not professional nor capable of working they try to educate you when you prove them wrong when on my receipt it even says sandwich not half of a sandwich

TERRIBLE. Do not come here! The donuts are always old and never fresh. When you ask the DD employee for fresh donuts they explain that they made them last night. Donuts should be made the day of!! Super stale donuts and a waste of money.
this dunkin donuts is FKNG TERRIBLE slowest service ever employees are simply incompetent. waited over 15 minutes for one drink with one car in front of me. this is every time i come, something needs to be changed

How all of the drinks in our order were completely wrong is beyond me. Every single drink. How? I'm wondering if they put our order stickers on someone else's drinks. But having to go back out to a different store to get drinkable coffee was fun. We stopped here instead of our usual Dunkin for convenience and won't do that again.
